Came with our hungry family after a day at the water slides in Vernon. Service was wonderful and fast! All the food was hot and delicious.

I ordered pickup.The pizza was cold , it was thin and scarce for toppings. 20$ for a 10 inch pizza that could not even compare to a frozen pizza . It has been about 3 years since I had a similar bad experience in Salmon Arm . Same crap quality, different city same unsatisfactory results. This is how Boston Pizza treats wildfire evacuees without insurance. They started out great the first two meals, then we discovered that not all staff treat evacuees with vouchers the same. They act as if they are giving away their own money to evacuees, rather than honouring vouchers paid for by the BC government. After losing everything in the McDougal Creek Fire, we were served hassle and humiliation. They refused to honour the terms printed on the voucher, complained that they were too busy to find one of our vouchers, said that they can do as they see fit with the vouchers and threatened to call the police if we did not pay for the meal they would not find the voucher for. We verified with BC Emergency Services several times what the terms on the voucher are. Boston Pizza would not. Evacuees without insurance who have email, online banking and their BC services card receive $53/day via e-transfers into their bank account, to spend anywhere. Only people without one of those items receive the vouchers, my BC services card was lost in the fire. We were denied use of about 5 meal vouchers each. They keep the vouchers somewhere in the restaurant, do not need evacuees to sign that they received the meals and can print receipts to get paid for meals we did not get. read more

This is the best BP I have been too. They are very clean, and very friendly service. Its a really great atmosphere and wait time for food is not long at all. and the servers are attentive but nt intrusive, which is awesome. The Cesar's are delish, and I just love there calamari. We never have any issues when we go there. wish there was better parking though, the lots is defiantly not big enough, if its a game night your probably wont get a spot unless you go really early. There is street parking near by, just sucks on really cold winter days. But other then that, Im a big fan and would recommend this BP to everyone!! read more

I don't usually care that much for chain restaurants but... I am a recent vegetarian and am pleased by their veggie burger. It was actually quite tasty! I was at a table of coworkers and it was a going away party. I was also pleased that the waiting staff are not overly pushy when it comes to alcoholic drinks. I hate places that push the waitresses to gobackto your table so many times to ask 'any more drinks here.' I ve seen the drinking and driving consequences. Thank you for not being pushy with your alcohol sales. read more

Extremely unimpressed. Our server "Julia" was inattentive, uninterested and downright rude. She didn't introduce herself, check on us once, threw down our bill and didn't seem to want to be here. There are many good restaurants in Vernon and while BP's may seem like a "safe bet" - I promise you it's not worth it. Will not be back. read more

First of all...the foods not bad...Typical for B.P......NO variation though.... and 85% of the staff we met are great! BUT...there are a group of 'stinkers' in that group....This review is a long time in coming... My Husband And I stopped there for their 'Beer Special' on a Saturday... There was the usual line up at the door, so we side-stepped into the empty Lounge area... We asked a server if we could sit in a booth, he said yes, nothing reserved... Well, we waited 15 -20 minutes and waiting for some service.... This large woman called "Tina" came barreling out of the Managers Office...she looked MAD... She charged up to our table and asked us WHAT we were doing sitting there??? We mentioned the other server said it was o.k., and look, the placer is empty, what's the issue? She sneered at us... Obviously thinks she in charge.... We asked for the Beer special... My husband chose a Corona... She came back with FOUR drinks, instead of two......we were surprised, to say the least... and she did some other things...but it's been awhile, hard to remember.... She was bad news, so we didn't go back there for some time... I DID phone Sean, one of the managers...He mentioned she had made a crack to him... "I'll bet she dies her 'pubes', too"... I was shocked this so-called Manager actually said what he said... Anyway, he acted like it was ALL a big joke... We didn't go back for a few weeks... We decided to see if the behavior had improved...We sat up at the Lounge Bar this time and ordered, understanding we wouldn't have to deal with the rude cow at the booth Lounge seating...... Bad news.... "Tina" was sitting at a booth to the right of us, with 3 other servers, filling her face....... She sat there and obviously 'scalded us' to these other young women, who openly stared over at us with disgust... We were offended by this BULLYING behavior, so we finished up and left... Once again, I phoned "Sean", and told him what happened because Tina and her 'crew' were "low," obnoxious and totally rude....and was told by that goof that "She was sitting in an area the Video Cameras can't see"... But if it happens again, LET me know... SNORT on him... Another cop out... The most unpleasant and unprofessional thing I have seen in a LONG time... My husband says it's a dive.... I'm not usually a fan of BP's but this location is an exception. First: It's unusually large & spacious for a BP's so you avoid the dinning congestion I've come to expect from this franchise. Second: it's one of the few restaurants open late (till 11pm) in Vernon so that was a plus when traveling with kids on vacation when you're regular routine has been thrown out the door. Third: of you're dining with kids they're going to luv the Party Pack they get when seated. Not just a colouring sheet & crayons.... This is a fold out activity book that even comes with a spy decoder thingy! (I was a bit jealous). Fourth: their patio and Bellini drink are divine! Restored this mom's sanity, for sure. Way to go BP's! You've made me think twice about dining with you & would definitely recommend this particular location in Vernon. read more

This is probably the nicest Boston Pizza restaurant in B.C. The decor is sporty and casual, clean, & comfortable. The service is immediate & attentive. They can handle a large amount of customers so we didn't wait long. The food was hot and tasty. I had the pizza and my partner had the Pasta special. They easily have the best pizza in Vernon! It never disappoints. The pasta ravioli was delicious also. Pleasant outing! Good value for the money! Hats off to staff for being very COVID conscious! read more

Well I have to say it wasn't a good experience. Had to hunt someone down to seat us when we arrived. Sat in the lounge thinking it would be better. Nope!!! Although they are friendly. No problem there. Not organized. Too busy socializing. Ordered two appetizers and two drinks. Took an hour. Came to the table kind of warmish. Waiters tells us some of wings landed on the floor so they are making more. Never did get them until we paid the bill. read more

Have eaten here a few times since my last review.... Service seems better... Everyone seems on top of thier game - exception of one miss - but it happens. We generally have had exceptional service from door to table.... Still need to know what to order- very disappointed in the salads - really wanted the Kale Salad to be good. Ya no - it sucked. But I will go for the Indidual Anchovy or Steak or Perogy Pizzas and my kids can get thier meals - They do have the best Kids Activity Books Hands Down out of any places... Worst!! Ordered delivery, the girl Assured my boyfriend the vegetables On his sandwich came on the side as not to get soggy...lies...when it finally arrived an hour later(20 mins late) everything was cold, extremely soggy and sure enough the lettuce and tomato which were on his sandwich were complete mush. Basically we paid 70 bucks for soggy bread and chicken since the veg were disgusting (he had the Buffalo sandwich) and cold soggy chicken strips and soggy cactus cut potatoes...and oh surprise the delivery charge was an extra 10 dollars since they use a different delivery company. Great food. Comfortable environment. Very clean and met with a great and friendly staff that helped me choose the right food for me and my family. Lovely place and will definitely order here more. Better than other restaurants as this location is closest to my residence and the people here are amazing. I ordered online for my family and myself. Picked up on time and tipped 15%. Once at hotel, had no cutlery. No big deal, hotel staff accommodated. Chipotle chicken club came without lettuce and tomato with a side of 22 fries, yes I counted. Quesadillas were awesome my wife tells me. Only sour cream and salsa that were suppose to come with would have made them better. She probably wouldn't have eaten all her salad anyways, so good thing she never got it in the first place. Don't order the Chopped Chicken Salad. Chicken was fowl, ended up sick. Stick to beer and frozen veggie pizza. Sad that a lot of chains are serving cheap food to make a buck. Shelf life/freezer to keep restaurant in business, nothing fresh. Can't even get a baked potato. read more

We had dinner here tonight and it was great especially sitting outside on a magic summer night. Restaurant was really busy but the food came out quickly. Waitress was awesome and super friendly. The ribs were cooked perfectly and fell off the bone. We were given finger bowels but didnt need them as there were no diirty fingers at all as we just looked at the meat and the bones were bare!! We highly recommend the New York Cheesecake with the Caramel Sauce which sounds a little unconventional but it works perfectly. We will be back again read more
