Great service. The food came hot and in relatively good time despite the restaurant being busy. Nothing extremely amazing about the meal but it's definitely one of the better Boston Pizza establishments. Great for the kids. Recommended place for the family.

Manager is rude unwelcoming makes the entire experience of the restaurant unbearable other than that it's just a Boston pizza.

Stopped in at Fig Kitchen on a whim and ended up staying way longer than planned. This place is…read morereally good. Had the fig salad, which everyone seems to rave about, and yeah, it deserves the hype. Fresh, dressed properly, actually filling. The shoestring fries are a problem in the best way. I also got one of the bowls based on what the staff recommended and it was excellent, the kind of food that makes you slow down between bites. What I liked most is that you can tell someone in the kitchen actually cares. Local ingredients, seasonal stuff, and the vegan and gluten friendly options are not slapped on as an afterthought. Everything on the menu feels like it was thought about. Staff were lovely, room is bright and easy to sit in for a while, and the prices are fair. Walked out feeling good, which is rare these days. Honestly, if you live in town and have not been yet, go. Small independent spots like this are the ones worth showing up for.

I got he Buffalo cauliflower pizza, which was really good. The crust was very different from other crusts I've had; it was very fluffy and thick, and it was quite enjoyable. It's a lot for one person, so I did share half with another friend. One thing I want to note is that we waited a long time for the food to come out. When it eventually did, the server let us know the pizza was burned so they prepared another one for us. It would have been nice if they gave us a heads-up earlier, but I assume this kind of thing is a rare occurrence. The server was very friendly and did her best to make sure we were satisfied, and overall I was.

I have to say if I've been in Markham my whole life and I'm surprised I never tried this place…read more I would have to say this place is one of the best Italian places I ever tried in my life. I have to say they're are a little cheap as it was my birthday I thought they would give the dessert for free but they charged for the dessert it's all good, let's start of with the calamari, really crispy and tender in the inside expensive like crazy, for entree we ordered rigatoni vodka, papperdalle funghi, and chicken Parmesan, the rigatoni vodka was out of this world, very creamy pasta was cooked al dente and they make fresh pasta here, that's a first, the vodka sauce tasted delicious had a rich tomatoe flavor but super creamy, the papperdalle funghi tasted amazing as well and the chicken Parmesan tasted amazing a billion times better than Sugo. The service was excellent, the waiter was attentive, and the ambiance just seemed a bit claustrophobic as there wasn't much space in the restaurant, if you want to eat here for dinner it is highly recommended to reserve online. Just if it's your birthday don't expect anything for free I forgot to Mention the chocolate cream pie probably one of the best desserts I have ever tasted the filling was so creamy and had the right amount of sweetness and the crust was perfect.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza, Orecchiette Sawsage Rapini pasta and calamari fritti to share. The food was delicious, I loved the pasta however the prices are definitely on the higher end. They have a patio which is nice come summer time. However, I wouldn't come here just for a meal on a regular day.

Although everything I have ate has been brilliant, some of my favourites include the to die for Gnocchi Quattro Formaggio which is the best 4 cheese sauce with truffle oil. It's small, but very rich. The Gamberetti is lovely! It's tiger shrimp, garlic butter, and a sambuca sauté. You definitely can't go wrong with the spaghetti polpette! Don't be distracted my the fancy name, it's basically simple meatball and marina, but so wonderful! I promise no matter what you choose you will be completely satisfied! The ambiance is perfect. It's comfortable and has warmth with a perfect elegance. Whether you want to go out for a date or even grab a bite alone. My only suggestion for improvement is to get rid of the televisions. Trust the hard work that went into the decor which invites conversation and interaction. All throughout our fantastic dinner we commented that our attention was constantly being pulled visually to the televisions. Maybe a compromise is to keep the TVs for game nights but turn them off during dinner service. I trust you'll make the best decisions for what customers want.
