The service was so bad. I had nevet seen worst. The workers were so rude, the girl who gave us the check was begging for tips and forced us to pay. And when i went back to defend myself, they called me and my friend broke. They also added 2$ to my friends bill and they took 3$ without my permission. The food is very bad and cold. Atmosphere: Busy spot on a cold wintery Friday night. Bar side was approximately 75% full. Great TV viewing where ever you sit. Nice atmosphere and table was clean. Loud. 4/5 Service: As it was relatively busy they could have used another server or two. The servers were very busy but overall they were pleasant and appeared efficient. 3/5 Food: Ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Salad with dressing on the side. Salad tasted fine. But the biggest disappointment is the huge amount of greens with relatively little topping! That's a personal pet peeve when restaurants are cheap with toppings. I'd not order it again. I went here on Saturday night and watched the UFC fights with some friends. Thankfully, the place wasn't packed like other restaurants/bars that play the UFC fights. They gave away free UFC gear too (sweaters, hats, and tees). Each customer gets one free ticket just for being there. It was a nice add-on for a UFC event. They announced they did this draw every UFC event. I ordered the BP Prime Rib Burger ($11.99) with Caesar salad as a side. I added bacon on my burger for additional $1. The 1/2 pound prime rib Canadian beef; topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and pickles; was simply amazing! The Caesar salad was rather small and it didn't come with bacon, which I found weird. I didn't say anything but next time I will ask if that's normal. Finally, I was ordered a chocolate fudge piece of cake, which was heaven in my mouth. Rather small I found and pricy ($8)! At that price, I should have just doubled my meal lol! The service was excellent. Our server was polite and attentive of our needs. Our food came rather quickly! Overall, I would highly recommend going to Boston Pizza. This is one of the worst places to ever spend your money. The owners treat their staff horribly. In one shift, 5 employees were in tears. Ricky is a bully to the junior staff, but butter melts in his mouth when it comes to customers. A horrible man and is enabled to be a bully by the owners...as they too are bullies. They rob their staff of their earned paycheques and make statements that they don't follow through with. The constant yelling and belittling of the staff is atrocious! Money hungry is all they are. I will NEVER set foot in this establishment as long as the current owners have posession of this restaurant. The turn over of staff is due to a very good reason.... read more

I give it five stars. Me and my man went for lunch today. We were served by Brianne C. A wonderful, friendly and very efficient server. We had pizza. He had the Meateor and I had the Steakhouse. They were delivered very fast and not to mention that we ordered fries as the pizza was brought to the table and we also got them in a very timely manner. I've personally only been to this location twice. And there isn't one thing I don't like there. Great service, great food, great atmosphere..even the managers walk around to make sure all customers are happy. We will for sure return soon, as I want to try other things on the menu. I've been here on several occasions. Never had a bad experience here or your other locations (walkly rd) Was served by Bailey . She is very friendly and didn't rush us out after our meal . We stayed chatting long after we had paid. Very clean and all staff greeted us in a positive way. Highly recommend. BP Orleans is our go-to family restaurant when we don't feel like eating. The staff are very friendly - they are really into their jobs and it shows! We have never had to wait super long for our food and even though BP food is standard across every BP restaurant - BP Orleans seems to make it even better. You can never go wrong with a Spicy Perogy Pizza! Besides being a good chain restaurant - they do a fantastic job at being involved in the community. They regularly hold fundraisers, donate lots of food and money to various causes, and are overall very involved in the community. They have also won awards from BP Corporate for being a top notch BP restaurant. read more

I had two horrible visits.. I guess I didn't learn from the first. Make this sort and sweet- First visit, they were rude at the bar and made us pack our own food to leave..? Seriously? Second, husband and I went for a date, service was horrible. We ordered drinks off the bar menu, they came Virgin. Our food was cooked so sloppy and gross it was sad. We waited 30 min to get asked if we would like another drink. After we said yes and made it very clear we were WELL over 19 and would like booze in our drinks off the bar menu, he forgot about the drinks and got them to us at the same time as the bill. I wanted my bill free or half off, for the horrible service and crap food and drinks.. no go. This place is a joke. They are just concerned about the money, not the customers. read more

Game night's a good night here! I can't complain about this place. I don't generally come for food, but when I do, I get what I expect, and it's always cooked fresh. It's a great place to watch the Sens kick butt while sipping on a fishbowl. (Fishbowl Fridays!) Yep that's right! You can get a drink in a FISH BOWL!. How cool is that? For 3 shots and mix of your choosing, it's only $8.99! Pretty good deal for an Ottawa bar if you ask me! Plus on their bar side they've got great tv's that you can see pretty much wherever you sit. I am in love. Boston Pizza is incredible. We got a free appetizer and it was so delicious-- cactus cut potatoes! Try them! Then I got the supreme pizza and it was superb. I used the dipping sauce from the appetizer for my crust! I would've given 5 stars, but the server wasn't around much. She wasn't even the one to bring us any of our food! Avoid ordering from this location! Small take out waiting space (2 square meters) . Crowded with 5+ delivery persons who refused to make room for customers arriving to pick up orders. Staff did nothing to manage the crowded area. One customer stated from outside that due to a prior illness she was high risk if she contracted covid. None of the waiting drivers nor staff responded to her concern. It is dangerous for customers and if you are ordering from door dash or skip the dishes your drivers are not practicing safe measures to prevent spreading the disease. Absolutely disgusted by this restaurant. Service I've never seen this bad. Not covid safe at all. I was set at a table close to where the takeout people work and where the serves go in and out to get food. The machine should go from round customers hands without sanitization, the drivers would come inside and put their delivery bags on top of food counters, but I know when I order that those bags go on the floor. Server wa side when we question about our food, which took 58 minutes on a half empty restaurant, probably 12 people total earing and after literally waiting an hour he brought us the wrong thing. When we asked for a manager they sent a man called Tony and belive me he pointed at the Wendy's across the parking lot and said that boston pizza is not fast food and if we were in a rush we should go to Wendy's. A regular stop for my family and consistently good. Popular with families and groups so there is definitely a degree of unavoidable noise and chaos, so it is hardly the place for an intimate dinner. I always love going to BP, the food is always so good here! Their pizzas are a go-to but their pastas are also very good! I had a pasta called, "Pesto Chicken Penne" because I had it at another location and I was wowed by how delicious it was. But, I had set my expectations really high this time around and felt disappointed. The pasta wasn't nearly as good, what changed? Shouldn't the plates be constant location to location? Anyway, I always order the "Bandera Pizza Bread" for an app, it has such amazing seasoning. Tip: If you can't choose go for the pizza, that's something that shouldn't disappoint! read more

I left Tartan Pub FUMING because of their crappy service and went to Boston Pizza instead. Mear moments after sitting down a waitress dropped of a menu and took my drink order. It was very busy so I was surprised she got to me so quickly! Moments later the bartender dropped off my beer order.. still not sure if the waitress or the bartender are my official server BUT THE KEY THING IS DIDN'T MATTER WHO WAS MY SERVER..I WAS TAKEN CARE OF PROMPTLY! Once my menu was closed the bartender came back and took my order! This location was terrible. I was there with one other person, and we continuously had to line up our empty dishes, glasses and beer bottles throughout the day in order to get the servers attention. We had 2 servers today, and both were very busy hanging out with their friends, who were seated at another table in the bar. Today is the first time my friend and I can recall tipping below 15% in our lives; we are 37 years old. We were prepared, as we regularly do, to spend today. Instead, once another one of our friends arrived for the afternoon games, we Ubered to another bar in the area. I can only say that it is night and day between here and Boston Pizza. Went to this Boston pizza last night with my parents. Service was amazing however my mother ordered bugs and cheese which was a childhood favourite of hers. I must add that this is a meal that she enjoys when we go to Boston pizza and have never had a problem with. Last night It was served to us with curdled milk. Absolutely disgusting and revolting. I tried a piece and it made me loose all apatite. The server explained to us that the meal was MICROWAVED and that is why it may be curdled. They proceeded to add more cheese on the top and then put it back in the MICROWAVE to try to fix it. To no ones surprise it was even more disgusting this time around. Finally the manager came with a third attempt at this meal that is outrageously simple and proceeded to tell us that the reason it was so disgusting was because it was on the kids menu. I would never serve anyone food that disgusting let alone my children. Both the server and manager tried to cover the situation with excuses the entire meal. Absolutely terrible experience at this location. Would not recommend. Would give zero starts if there was that option. read more
