A manager got on the phone that time and assured her it would be on the way soon. eventually it got there, but it was too late for my wife's dinner by then. We understand when a restaurant gets busy. However, when you make a mistake, learn to own up to it and do your best to fix it immediately. We shouldn't be waiting in a queue or rotation for you to correct something dumb.
