What can I say about Culver's? Every location I've been to has been the best experience. This location is no different. Ordered two chicken tenders with fries and a drink which was delicious and then of course I had to order a concrete mixer. I've tried a few different combinations but I always go back to chocolate custard with Oreos and Reese's peanut butter cups. It's just so good I don't wanna order anything else. This location gets two thumbs up from me and I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area. read more

Getting orders right should be a first. Management follow ups would be next. I was given an incomplete order and contacted Culver's 3 times (between corporate and this particular Culver's). The management, particularly the manager (I believe his name is Gilbert), is disappointing. His attitude, especially when it comes to customer service, is unprofessional. This is a find for healthy fast food. A Value Basket typically has a butterburger, french fries and a drink. Instead you can get a veggie burger, and instead of fries, have steamed broccoli or cole slaw. Fountain drinks include caffeine free and diet. Service is fast. I will be back. read more

I really like the interior layout of this location compared to Okemos and Grand Ledge. You can find a booth with some sense of privacy and the pop & condiments are off to the side versus the cluster at Okemos. Food quality has been consistently good. The burgers are always delicious. Service was fast and we received our order as requested, my complaint is not with the service it is with the quality of the frozen yogurt. After a few bites we noticed a lot of ice in the frozen yogurt and then we noticed a scum on the spoons and then the sum was gathering on the roof of my mouth. I scraped it off the roof of my mouth and was grossed out!! It was a yellowish slimmey paste. I have a photo of it if any one wants to see it. Literally every time we order from here they forget something. My husband just got home with our dinner to find out they forgot our kids meals. Now he has to go all the way back to get them and by the time he gets home our food will be cold. I do not recommend anyone go to this location. read more

My family and I went a few weeks ago. I will never go back to this location. We had 3 meal basket and 1 kids meal. Instead of the drinks we opted for Concrete Mixers or my dad did a malt. My dad, step-mom and my daughter all received their food and I didn't. My dad received a shake instead of a malt. My step-mom had the wrong mix ins. And I got a shake not a concrete mixer. We had to go up to the register to get it all fixed. When I got my meal my burger was burnt. I will go to the Okemos locations from now on. read more

I'm so excited to have a Culver's close to where I live! I used to drive out to Okemos (which was totally worth it) for delicious butter burgers, but now the drive is much shorter. I think the location within Eastwood Towne Center is great - close enough that it's convenient to stop there while shopping but not so close that parking is a nightmare at peak hours. The food is just like any other Culver's, which is a plus, and the owners are very nice. They are clearly invested in their customers and want to ensure that they're providing a quality restaurant. The staff is still a bit green since it just opened a couple of weeks ago, but I'm sure that will improve. Recommendations: cheese curds, butter burgers, concrete mixers, and buffalo chicken tenders (although maybe not all at once). It's the best fast food option around! read more

Well, they claim they have custard. THEY DO NOT. It is ice cream with toppings. If you drive up to the order kiosk and you are unfamiliar with the product as we are, it will be difficult to get a full understanding of the options. For instance we wanted peanuts but our order said pecans because their system does not allow for peanuts and we are left to believe we will be charged for peanuts and not not pecans. The agent was frustrated and communicated as much which is unnecessary since they are there to service customers and we were polite but novices. Anyways, skip their ice cream if you really want custard. They need some quality control for sure. read more

Went through the drive through to get food for my sister and I. Ended up waiting in line for about 15-20 minutes for my food. I informed the person waiting on people In the line and he got the manager. Manager was very respectful and helpful. He ended up getting and delivering my food to me. And gave me a full refund. Me and my friends came to Culver's to end off a perfect movie night. We were so excited to go to Culver's and were unfortunately extremely disappointed with the service we received. The drive thru man was phenomenal-- great attitude! Yes, he forgot some items of our order... but we all make mistakes. However, the issue lies with the man who delivered the food to our car. Immediately when receiving her food, my friend asked for her scoopie, which she was looking forward to all day long after 15 hour day at work. The man said she had a root beer float for her scoopie, I knew that was my root beer float NEVER a part of her order !!! It was a mint Oreo scoopie, very hard to forget, the man assumed she never even ordered this and couldn't even imagine the drive thru employee messing up. I even remember hearing my friend order the mint Oreo scoopie because it sounds disgusting. The man then was going to force my friend to go all the way back through to order a new scoopie. Without any apologies.. what happened to the customer is always right?!?!?! Not at Culver's I suppose... To make matters worse my friend also ordered a root beer drink with her meal, no surprise here we never received this. We didn't even complain about this to the man because he was clearly not going to help us at all. Furthermore, I asked for a receipt and he gave me the order slip... with no prices at all. We proceeded to go to the Arby's in town and had a phenomenal experience and a few laughs with the drive through workers. Slow drive thru workers and they completely messed up one of our concrete mixers. We ordered a Heath bar with vanilla yogurt and a Butterfinger with vanilla yogurt. We paid and were given the Heath bar mixer first followed by a Brownie Bite mixer. We started to hand it back thinking she confused our order with the person behind us but she said, "I thought you said Brownie Bite not Butterfinger." When asking for change and to split a bill, the gentleman cashier was very kind and was unsure of protocol but was sure he could do it. However when he asked who I assume is his manager, named Ben, he was met with a rude and disrespectful reply, saying he could not do either. Never had Culver's where we lived. For a true fast food chain, this place is pretty good. They also give military discount. The only thing I don't like is the moron customers who don't pull up all the way in the drive through and decide to feed their face while a queue is building. read more
