They arrived exactly when they said they would, carefully moved all of the furniture to another area of the house, completed the work. The entire process was handled professionally and with great care. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. I was actually very close to choosing the wrong stain color, and the team took the time to guide me. They recommended a color they felt I would be happier with because it complemented my existing stair railing. They were absolutely right. The color is perfect, everything flows beautifully, and my house honestly looks brand new. And a special shout-out to Sasha, the mastermind behind the operation! Sasha was instrumental in making sure everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. The daily communication and real-time updates were fantastic. I always knew what had been completed, what was happening next, and how the project was progressing. From the craftsmanship to the communication to the care they took with my home, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The floors are absolutely beautiful, and I would recommend this team without hesitation. If you are considering having your hardwood floors refinished, this is the team you want!

I have a very small condo and I had no idea how they would find space to move everything around to do the job, but they did! Another challenge was that I have this awesome but very large, heavy storage bed. I had no idea how it could be moved out of the way even if it were disassembled. Tony suggested we just leave it there and refinish around it. Brilliant! I would only have put the bed back on top of it away. If I ever want to sell, I can remove the bed and do it then. So to recap, they managed to do a job I thought was basically impossible in only two days and at a reasonable price. Thanks, Tony!

They were able to schedule me the very next Monday so I had the weekend to move all my furniture. Their price was very competitive. The work started right on time and was done in 2 days( except for the drying). They did 3 rooms and a hallway (548 sq. ft.). They did a fantastic job down to the smallest detail. They also did some repair work which came out very nice. The job site was perfectly clean when they left. They left me one neat trash bag to dispose of. The only issue I had was that my cat was able to get through the plastic barrier one night but it caused no issues. The floors look fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.
