The pictures on her website/ Instagram and the trip to her warehouse were very helpful as well. She also came to a meeting at the hotel to help us pick out linens and make final decisions about decor. On the day of, the designs turned out perfectly. The mandap and flowers were all perfect. During our initial meeting we went to their warehouse and decided on what we wanted our vibe to be. We had a family friend who was going to put together some floral pieces to use for the mandap and everything seemed great The two stars came off for me during the wedding weekend. The team came to the venue early to set up the mandap and did not even ask us if we wanted to see it and didn't ask for our florals. We were supposed to have an arch, which also hadn't been put up. When I contacted Shruti her response was that we had to put the floral pieces up ourselves as it wasn't in the contract and the previous week the arch fell down so they decided not to put it up. That's the last thing a bride wants to hear at midnight before her wedding day. After I realizing that I was extremely upset, she spoke with my husband, and they agreed to send an employee the next morning to put up the florals, but it totally ruined my night. I also wasn't offered any portion of money back for not having an arch. The decor was beautiful in the end, but I'd have rather gone with someone who wouldn't have put me through that.

The Monday before the wedding I sat down to attempt to write out the guests names and promptly realized I was in way over my head. I ruined all of the extra cards I had and resorted to drinking. Tuesday afternoon (3 days before the wedding!!) I found Ally on Yelp and sent her a panicked message, hoping that somehow she'd be able to help. She responded immediately and put me at ease. She gave me a quick VERY reasonable quote, I sent her an inspiration photo, and we arranged for me to drop the cards off with her that evening. She promised a 24 hour turn around, as the wedding is on Saturday and she was going out of town on Friday. I dropped the cards off with Ally on Tuesday evening, and she texted me on Wednesday morning saying the cards would be ready to be picked up at 5:30 that evening. LESS that 24 hours later. Ordered balloons for my daughters 13th birthday. Paid 83 dollars for a 1 and 3 with latex balloons…read more I should not have picked it up. The workers was nice enough to walk around the corner to give me the balloons but I was crying on the inside. I looked online and i could have done the same thing from dollar tree for $15 and had it delivered for way less. Would have been under 30 and more balloons. I wish I had thought of it sooner. Would not recommend at all. Definitely should not have picked up.
