I had to hire another planner who did the job in 3 weeks. I hired Veronica in May for my baby's birthday and 7 months later still nothing was done and she refused to give me back my money. She then texted me extremely threatening texts almost 3 months after my event to remove my one star review or she will sue me. She would then block me and then unblock me and continue to send threatening messages. This woman wants to keep her shady business practice behind wraps. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. I should have read about all her unhappy customers and negative articles written To Veronica's comment: YOU are an absolute liar. I don't need to speak on whatever crap you're saying because a simple search of your google reviews will show all of the horrible reviews you have. If you google "blue ivy and Beyoncé" you can see articles of Beyoncé asking for a restraining order against this awful woman. Poor excuse for a human being! Literally everything she wrote in her response to my comment is a lie and don't entertain her BS! One simple google search will SHOW all her unhappy customers dating back YEARS!

Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team. In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

Looking back now, I can't imagine this past year without Alexis and her team at the Little Things. Alexis is cool, calm, and collected. She has an incredible eye and seemingly limitless patience. She gave me the space to design specific elements of our wedding while providing her expertise at every turn. Her high standards have helped her build a network of vendors who truly bring their A-game. My fiancé and I definitely put The Little Things through the ringer with our out-of-the-box interactive displays and AV set up. Alexis took it all in stride, remaining positive, managing our expectations, and meeting every challenge presented and exceeding expectations throughout. If you view wedding planners as a "nice to have," and not a "necessity," I would change your thinking. There are SO many things that can come up, and they would have easily derailed us many times in our planning if it were not for Alexis who acts as part wedding planner, part therapist throughout the process! ha! When you look back at your wedding, if you're like us, you will constantly be bringing up amazing memories, and you will find yourself saying "Imagine we didn't have Alexis."

If you value design and love beautiful detail but don't have the time to chase every email or treat your wedding like a second job, it's time you meet with TLT. If you have a bunch of ideas in your mind of who you and your partner are, and how you want to present yourselves as a couple, and want a planner who can understand you better than you understand yourself, it's time you meet with TLT. If you want to enjoy the process of planning your wedding as much as your wedding itself, run, don't walk, to TLT. Alexis & Kayla were by far the most important and most valuable decision we made for our wedding. After following TLT on IG for some time, I knew I liked their high-end, laidback vibe, and from our first conversation we were bowled over by how those traits translated to the people behind the scenes. From early days with thoughtful questionnaires into every aspect of our identity, Alexis and Kayla began the journey of getting to know us better than we knew ourselves, and helped us establish a mood, a design aesthetic, and a way of working together that made the year of planning our wedding a true joy. What you can expect from working with TLT: monthly meetings where you will laugh until you cry, a meticulously organized online checklist of to-dos with assigned owners and gentle and timely reminders, to be presented with teams of vendors who match your vibe and price point (you can always suggest your own vendors and TLT will vet them too), never having to send a single email to a vendor (!!!!), a sense of comfort knowing that everything is IS THE BAG, and in the critical days leading up to the big day and including the big day itself - being able to be present and enjoy this once in a lifetime experience. Alexis and Kayla helped us author our first big creative project together as a couple and will be lifelong friends. They assembled a squad of the COOLEST, most hardworking vendors we could imagine, and we will be forever grateful. If you are on the fence about working with a planner, DO NOT HESITATE to take the leap with TLT. They are worth their weight in solid gold.

Allison could not have done a better job the day of. She built a great rapport with my family, bridal party, and the venue's event manager to ensure the day ran smoothly. She knew the schedule and set up like the back of her hand. When the timing of certain day-of activities changed last minute, she made sure to let me know of the changes and the night went on without issue. If it were not for COVID and my anxieties around how it would affect our wedding I likely would not have looked for an outside coordinator- our venue did provide one that began to work closely with us (and Allison) in the month or so before the wedding and I truly believe she would have done a comparable job in the day-of execution. But it's the long term commitment to the planning process that makes Without a Hitch special. And while our venue did not host many weddings during COVID, Without a Hitch planned so many, and had the experience and suggestions that made the wedding feel as normal as it possibly could. For any of my friends planning weddings at a less conventional venue or just want more support, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Without a Hitch, and more specifically Allison!

I…read morewas drawn to her because she actually lived in the Boston area and from her website seemed open, loving, and kind-hearted -- exactly what we wanted in a wedding officiant. Since we have no religious ties here in town and Russ is agnostic, we were looking for someone who could appeal to both of our sensibilities. Having been raised Methodist, it was important to me to have someone who would appeal to my family and friends who practice, but wouldn't offend my friends and family who practice other religions. I also liked that Elly performed Gay Marriage ceremonies -- I thought that spoke very highly of her character that she would recognize love in all forms. Russ and I then called Elly and made an appointment with her over the phone. We met in person over at her place and were welcomed so kindly. She sat us down and explained in much-appreciated detail all of our options and how she likes to perform ceremonies. I was very drawn to her because she likes to tell the couple's "Love Story" that all three of us would work on together. We submitted a bunch of answers to questions she asked and she compiled a lovely story about who we were, how we came to love, and included all of our little nuances with grace, compassion and care for who we were as individuals. Her fee for the service was $550 which is standard for wedding officiants :D I liked that she was open to use making small edits after she wrote our love story and didn't make us feel weird or awkward for wanting to make a few changes. She fully understood that this was our special day and did everything in her power to deliver us a beautiful ceremony. I loved that she also had a microphone so that everyone could hear (We had an outdoor wedding). She was very punctual for the Wedding Rehearsal and helpful in trying to work out the kinks on that stressful day. Normally people talk about how much they enjoyed a wedding reception, but with Elly Jackson as our officiant -- people couldn't stop talking about the ceremony itself and how beautiful it was and moving. Elly really brought our Love Story to life and brought all the laughter and love we wanted to the event. She's experienced in a variety of wedding styles and customs and is a great resource for trying to figure out what's right for you as a couple. Russ and I wanted to incorporate a moment of silence for family members who passed away and she did it with grace, elegance and a compassionate heart. We would recommend her to anyone, I'm proud to have had her as an officiant.

You'd be surprised how many times we heard, "We cannot plan a party on this small a budget." Well okay then! But the folks at BG were wonderful-- so accommodating, so friendly, and genuinely excited about working with us. The tasting was an experience. We walked in to find our names printed on a little welcome card in the lobby, and the table set for what turned out to be a really cozy and fun lunch with Michele and Caitlin. We were offered wine, chatted as the food was served, heard a little bit about each dish as it came out, and were sent away with packed up leftovers to share with the rest of the office. That was what sealed the deal, honestly-- we left their office confident in their ability to produce an event that felt like we wanted it to feel, and since we already knew they could stay within our budget, we were sold. Leading up to the event, I couldn't have been happier. It was my first time being in charge of an entire event for my company, and Michele was always available to answer my questions, promptly and with good humor.
