When I asked for my order I knew something was off. It turns out my order was lost in the email and wasn't made. It was very time sensitive so I was hoping we could figure something out. They apologized, took full responsibility, and said they can get it done by 6:00PM. The issue was that I had work plans so I wasn't going to be able to get it. The guy offered to walk it down to the Hilton for me. How cool! Not only that but 1) he took the poster board to my booth and set it up AND took photos so that I knew it was taken care of 2) they gave me 10% off for the inconvenience. I didn't even mention the fantastic job they did on the poster! Kudos for making everything right and your customer happy!

Nicole is the first to tell me that we would be better off ordering directly through a vendor, or if there is a better, cheaper option elsewhere. They have matches prices we have received from other vendors, and are all around trustworthy and helpful. Not to mention: fast. At some points we have ordered a product we weren't happy with (one in particular: we ordered camera covers for our office laptops and they weren't sticky enough) and Nicole got us a full refund. Awesome. Aside from that, we've ordered thousands of notebooks, water bottles, pens, and sunglasses. They are all wonderful, and we are very happy customers.

I can however state that the folks here are top notch and I actually enjoyed my day at 18 Tremont. My Focus group was pretty interesting and I believe an important one. Well without disclosing more about my specific group I will move on to a few things I can state to the public. The building is very well kept with a security guard checking everyone in. The hallways and public areas were clean and tidy. Our focus room was quite hot but the staff remedied that quick enough. Everyone I encountered here was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really seemed to care about the subject matter and outcome of the days events. I would not hesitate a moment to return, if invited again. I would have expected a tad better and bigger lunch and a few more snacks but other than that I had a great experience.

Multiple participants were late yet they were pulled in for the study before me. I'm sitting here waiting patiently and i was just told it would be another 20 minutes with no explanation. Honestly, if i didn't work down the street from this location I would never come here. It's sloppy and disorganized. The pay outs are weak and just barely justify the process. I would never drive here and do a study even though they do pay for parking. My recommendation would be to seek out other survey and study websites before using this one unless you happen to be nearby in rhe city.

Rocket Technology Labs hired BIGfish as its outsourced marketing department to launch Rocketvox,…read moreour universal mobile InBox. Our experience with David Gerzof and his team at BIGfish has been fantastic. BIGfish is the best new media marketing team any of us at Rocket Technology Labs have ever worked with. What distinguishes BIGfish from their competitors is their overarching strategy, attention to detail, focus, delivery, and follow-up. New media and viral marketing are difficult animals to tackle and an effective new media campaign requires the marketing team to not only understand all aspects of your product but also to be integral players in your product strategy. This means literally down to the level of features and functions, look and feel, and the intricate needs and drivers of your target demographics. This is what effective integrated marketing is all about and it's incredibly hard to find but this is exactly what you get in an adaptive outsourced player like BIGfish. The other key thing about BIGfish and their entire approach to outsourced marketing is how much they bring to the table from their larger experience across their clients and the leverage their exposure in the media representing multiple partners provides. Their lead in the launch of our product Rocketvox was incredibly well executed and we look forward to a long working relationship with them.
