They charged us 200% more than the estimate they gave when they knew the pick up point and destination in advance. Won't ever use them.

I hired Boston Corporate Coach for a recent trip. Our departure driver, Ako, arrived 15 minutes early which was very much appreciated since travelling can be stressful. Ako was very nice and his vehicle was super clean and comfortable. Our arrival driver, Markos, was waiting in the terminal for us. He was also super friendly and his vehicle was super clean and comfortable. The cost is competitive with other limo services. I highly recommend Boston Corporate Coach. I will be travelling again in the near future and will definitely be booking my rides with them. read more

Be very careful with these people. They will ask precise information about your destination. They will then give an estimate. But they do not honor the estimate. We were charged DOUBLE for our trip to the airport. And their reply to our request for an explanation was that the "garage to garage" fee was not included in the estimate. Find someone else to work with. This group is not honest. read more

The beginning of my experience was great, customer service was responsive and the driver showed up early and was very polite. After that it went down hill. The limo was dated and while clean was lacking basic features like a place to charge phones and the TVs were broken. We were going to a Patriots game and the driver would not let us out at the stadium but instead had us sit in traffic with him and walk from the limo lot to the stadium...we also had to pay for limo parking even though we were paying by the hour and he could have gone anywhere else to wait. At the end of the game he made us come back to the limo lot and wait in traffic (instead of starting to leave as we were on our way to the lot...) for 45 minutes. The point of paying a lot of money for a limo and a driver is the convenience and boy was this inconvenient. read more

Driver was late. The flight was scheduled to arrive 30 mins early, but clearly these drivers do not track flights. I call their 800 number and give up after 10 minutes of elevator music. I can tolerate a lot of stuff from limo services, but the one thing they should not do is show up late. They get paid too much for that. Then the driver seems to have no idea where the Westin in Boston is. It is one of the largest downtown hotels. Terrible service. There are better alternatives read more

I literally just had the worst experience I've ever had with a business in the USA. The driver was unprofessional, argumentative, disrespectful and rude. If I was not truly experienced with driving services I would not have expected much more however I utilize my driver in Washington DC 3-4 times a week and this experience was stressful, traumatizing to my children and the driver had absolutely no respect for our family. Which I'm assuming is because he's prejudice and assumed my husband and I were from the lower class neighborhood he picked us up from when in fact we were picking up our mother to return to our penthouse suite while we visited Charlotte, NC. I guess when you come south this is to be expected.... Shameful Ended up calling our car service in Washington DC to get transportation all the way here in Charlotte. There was absolutely no way I was getting in his late model suburban (we are use to having Escalades, Mercedes' sprinters not late model vehicles) with the attitude and unprofessional conduct he displayed. Charlotte is changing you all need to upgrade the level of service provide to all paying customers not just those you assume don't have 7 figure banking accounts and black cards. How many bad reviews do you have to receive to make improvements. Eventually you won't have a business. read more

Tried to reserve a car. After 5 minutes on hold on the phone, I tried to order a car online. Couldn't do it...their online service said they would send me a quote. It took 48 hours to get the quote...the evening before the flight I was taking early in the morning. To add insult to injury the quote was 50% (!!!) higher than the service I wound up using. This company used to have a sterling reputation. I can't believe how poor their customer service is now. read more

Recently had a ride, roundtrip in suburban Boston. Just had a standard Lincoln. Each ride was about 30 minutes. I was charged $400 roundtrip. Seems a bit excessive to me. read more

Hired for an airport pickup. The fees added 50% onto the "quoted price" ---including a 20% tip ($25.00 tip for a twenty min ride--no luggage) and 12.00 gasoline fee!!! Had to call twice to get itemized bill. There are many excellent car services without all the hidden fees! read more

Although the customer service from our driver for an early July 2022 trip was excellent, the fee I was charged is ridiculous. $336 for a 20 min trip. When I called to see about using their services yesterday, July 17, I was quoted $506 for the same 20 min trip. They are taking advantage of clients who do not know any better as the same white glove service in a new Escalade ESV is no more than $180 (this includes gratuity), which is what I ultimately paid using a different company. I complained to customer service and was told their rates across the board are very competitive in the marketplace and that there is nothing they were willing to do to address the issue. Be sure and check other options before using them. read more

Had 4 rides with Boston Corporate Coach over the last year or so. Two were good, two were awful. That's not a good track record. They were responsive to the first problem. I called with my concerns about the most recent ride, and asked for a manager. I was told the complaint would automatically go to the manager. I have heard nothing since 7/10/18. The issues: I was picked up at Bostons Logan airport. It is a bit of a trek from baggage claim to the pick up area, and it It was horribly hot and humid. I spotted the man with my name on his sign. I gestured multple times to him and he never made any attempt to help me with my bag. I had to haul my luggage to the very back of the SUV (I asked for a sedan not an suv due to bad knees), at which point he said he would put it in the SUV. Well yaaa. That's what I would expect. He made no attempt to open the door or see that I climbed in OK. He started moving before I was belted in..I made him stop until that was done. He drove the entire way with his phone in his hand, so totally unprepared for a road side emergency. At my home, again no attempt to open my door. He lifted the suitcase out of the SUV and that was that. I could have gotten the same or better service from a cab. Uber now services at Logan via the tnc app. Why would I pay almost $150 for a 25 minute ride and this level of service, ie no service. Deleting Boston coach from my contacts. read more

We were charged 5 times for one round trip! They won't listen to us or remove the charges. Mike from customer service was rude and yelled at me to 'just try and fight it'. Oh, I will Mike! Never use this service unless you want to pay over $1000 for a $250 trip. read more

I traveled with Boston corporate coach on 5/9 from Boston Logan to my home; a 30 minute ride.  At then reservation they provided an estimate of $125.  Actual charge $182!!!   I did read the fine print on exclusions but 45% more than the estimate?  What I also know is that all those added costs were well known by Boston coach and they could have provided me with an accurate estimate.  Instead they were deceptive to call it an estimate when it was a very low number designed to get me to sign up and then sock it to me at billing time. I cannot recommend this company. read more
