He was incredibly helpful with picking the menu and his suggestions and questions helped to think through all of the details. When I was unsure, his suggestions were perfect. I was able to coordinate and plan from across the country and he managed everything locally including selecting the right room at the facility for our event. Little details to big were all handled perfectly and the evening was low stress for me. All of the guests commented on the food and the caterers with high complements. She would then block me and then unblock me and continue to send threatening messages. This woman wants to keep her shady business practice behind wraps. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. I was a bit…read morenervous at first because I did not know what to expect but "Dorothy" was just incredible with the kids. It was for my daughter's third birthday and we had lots of kids attending. As soon as she walked into the room, she controlled everything with the kids. All the parents just sat and enjoyed the wonderful entertainment. She was a true professional! She sang lots of songs for the kids while interacting with them and making some really cute balloons. Not one child moved from their spot as she sang. They LOVED it! Her voice was so beautiful and she was so cute and so wonderful with the children. She knew exactly what to do. She did other activities with them and knew how to control a large number of preschoolers. I was truly amazed! The employees were continually walking around scooping up all the ping pong palls and making sure everyone was taken care of. I love the net tool they had for collecting the balls. My niece loved the ping pong ball bath. She jumped in it about a dozen times. I wish we had something like this near me, it was great family fun and could turn into adult fun in the evening with lots of amazing drinks.
