We ordered grapefruit green tea with black pearl and classic black milk tea with crystal pearl. I really appreciate they use fresh fruit on their fruit tea. It's very first tea shop in Tulsa area use fresh fruit. Black pearl/boba was too hard, it would've be better. But, the crystal pearl was perfect. I went for grand opening and it wasn't that busy when I got there, probably 3 people ahead of me. The atmosphere is nice and very Insta vibe. I was very disappointed with my drink. I just got a basic taro milk tea which is really common. My drink was warm even with the ice? I had many taro milk tea before and this one just didn't taste right. We are boba fanatics My daughter and I visited here when they first opened and loved it so much, our friends know a drink gift from here is always a great option! We still love the drinks which is why I still gave 3 stars! However, cleanliness is VERY important. When we stopped in today, I still had 5 stars in my eyes, but my husband, not a boba fan, was able to see past the drink and knocked 2 stars out of my eyes to point out how dirty the whole shop is. The floor was so dirty. The trash can looks like it's never been cleaned, much less wiped off. The bathroom says closed for sanitation reasons. I can only imagine what it looks like in there. There's a pile of junk on the floor in front of the bathroom which is right at the front of the shop. The windows are so dirty. Just overall, a terrible presentation. If it's that dirty where the public can see, what's it like where they make the drinks, and we can't see? read more

I'll give them four stars for the menu of drinks, BUT if you're looking for a fun night with a good ambience this is NOT it. It looks like a little kids library. May be it is good for day drinks though and young families. I get the small chairs because it is foreign. The worst thing is they have a sign on their restroom that says closed due to covid . Gross. I'm sorry, but this isn't north Tulsa‍, and paying customers should be able to access the restroom. Guess you just don't want to have to clean it. Additionally there was no one in here, so we actually left because we didn't want to hold our personal discussion in a completely silent place for any one to be able to listen in on clearly, I for sure won't be going back. read more

Horrible customer service. I asked for a tea with lychee, they mistakingly put the strawberry popping boba. I returned and kindly asked for them to fix their mistake and the owner was reluctant to help me. When he finally agreed to help, he tried to salvage the tea instead of making me a new one. There are a lot of great things about Boss Tea. I definitely prefer the variety compared with other tea places. This place does not hide behind chemical-laced flavors or too much sugar, which is what a true fan wants. I love how they sweeten the boba with honey - it gives it such a great flavor. They also have really flexible options to customize your drink which is my idea of a great tea place. There are a couple of things that I believe would make the place even better. First, the store is usually very warm, to the point where we are sweating. Sometimes I dread going in, and I'm a cold-natured person! Next, I think alternative kinds of milk should be offered. We have a lactose-intolerant family member that really misses milk teas, and something like coconut milk offered would really set this place apart. read more

They have amazing boba drinks and other drinks! I had their caramel crème Thai latte with boba, it is YUMMY! The drink is sweet and they put quite a bit of boba in my drink. I have tried their Taiwanese milk tea, lychee jasmine tea and mango jasmine tea. I thought less sweetness was a good level for the jasmine teas, but was still a bit too sweet for the milk teas. I ordered the Caramel Creme Thai tea with boba and it was absolutely delicious. One of the best Thai teas I've had in Tulsa, and the boba was cooked perfectly. I will say, they add a white cream (I imagine that's the creme element) on the inside of the cup, that tasted very similar to frosting? It didn't alter the flavor of the drink, but it didn't dissolve well. I believe it's added for visual effect. Next time, I think I'll ask for it without. All in all, this place is solid and I will be returning. read more

I've always liked Boss Tea until today. The drink was unflavored and not sweet at all. It's usually very good so I asked to be made another one and was told no and I had to buy a new one even though I payed $15 for two drinks and even tipped the girl who took my order. I wasn't even allowed to receive a refund. I wasted my money and will not be back. read more

Poor customer service. I love Boba! I've had an assortment of drinks from several different places. Upon entering, this seemed like a nice enough place. I ordered a Mango Matcha tea with extra sweetness original boba pearls and lychee jellies. This is something that I've had before at different places so i'm sure it wasn't just my palate. It tasted quite bad. It had such a unpleasent chalky consistency and was not even remotely sweet. I let him know about the taste of the matcha and he said "Umm yea... REAL matcha tastes chalky" although I knew that this was untrue I kindly asked the gentlemen if I could just exchange it for something else and he said I would need to pay full price for a new beverage. I asked if I could at least have more sweetener and he reluctantly agreed. No one had any intention of making any form of accommodation for me. I ended up throwing away the drink and leaving very disappointed. : / read more

Great new tea place in tulsa!! I got the taro milk tea with coconut jelly, less ice and less sweet. The tea is a good flavor and not grainy, and the amount of ice and sweetness was perfect. The jelly was a good texture, if a little bit too sweet. They give a student discount, which is nice. The cups and lids they use are good quality I will definitely be reusing mine. Compared to other places around town, the tea is about the same quality, but I will be coming back to boss tea because of their higher quality presentation in packaging. This place is one of the worst boba places in tulsa. There milk tea is not any good and service is horrible. They forgot 2 of my toppings that I ordered and wouldn't even offer to give it to me until I asked if I could get it since it was what I paid for.
