I recently saw Dr. Pasha for a consultation and he is by far the most compassionate and…read moreprofessional dentist I have ever met. He truly listened to my concerns and took the time to understand my needs. Today (10/24/2026), he redid a troublesome filling that had been causing me a lot of stress because food kept getting trapped in a pocket near my gum line. I did not feel an ounce of pain during the procedure, and tonight is the first time in a while that I can eat completely free of discomfort. Dr. Pasha was incredibly thorough and soothing regarding my fear of needles. He took his time and never made me feel rushed. It is incredibly rare to find a dentist who combines this level of clinical expertise with genuine, caring sensitivity. Having visited other offices where the focus felt purely financial, finding Dr. Pasha--an excellent dentist who genuinely prioritizes patient comfort--is a breath of fresh air! I will be returning to him and only him early next year to have a dental bridge completed on my left side. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Sincerely, Janet Mims

For me, the most beautiful quality is that he is extremely ethical. Would never force any dental work that is not necessary. A previous dentist told me I needed work on a tooth. Estimated to $2,000.00. Dr. Loflin had moved and I didn't know where his new office was. Luckily, I was thrilled to locate him. I went back to see him. He took X-rays of my tooth from every side, with a lot of attention. My tooth had no damage. I did not need the work. He could have agreed with the other, done unnecessary work and scam me out of $2,000.00. I know that he cares about me and does his best for me. I've sent a few people to him and they all "love" him. For me, he is the absolute best. I love him! Jasmine, in his office, is very nice, helpful. I cannot recommend Dr. Loflin enough! The best!

Thankfully, 209 NYC Dental offers very flexible hours, and I was able to schedule an appointment within 3 hours. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. The check-in process was quick and easy, and everyone was welcoming, kind, and informative. I was immediately taken back for X-rays, and once those were completed, I was promptly brought in to see Dr. Reddy. There was virtually no waiting, and my entire visit took no more than 20 to 30 minutes! Dr. Reddy was wonderful! She was patient, attentive, and thorough. She listened to my concerns, carefully explained what was causing my pain, and walked me through the procedures and treatment options so I fully understood everything. She then referred me to another dentist within the same practice who could provide the treatment I needed, making the entire process incredibly efficient and convenient. I truly appreciated the professionalism, compassion, and efficiency of everyone I encountered. Called to see if they accepted my insurance and they did and easily scheduled an appointment. Got to the office and to my surprise, the waiting area is empty! If you have been to any medical offices in chinatown, you would now it is packed all the time. Didn't even have to wait and was seen right away as scheduled. There was a dental assistant who took all my x-rays and if it is your first time, there is a lot! She was very nice and understanding and informed me that if I needed a break from the x-rays to let her know. After the x-rays, I was seen by Dr. Song. Dr. Song was amazing! He performed a gum analysis, oral and neck cancer screening that was touching the inside and outside of my mouth and the sides of my neck, and the tongue. Such thorough examinations for the first visit and worth the time for the examination and cleaning. Love that they gave goggles for me to wear because water always splatters for cleaning. Overall, an amazing experience and look forward to my future visits for my bi-annual cleanings.
