We contacted (and hired) GC photobooth last minute when our last photo booth turned out to be an actual scam. They were so incredibly accommodating and patient with our many questions and requests. We had the upgraded garden backdrop in the open air booth - this garden backdrop is beautiful and worth the money! On the day of, the 2 attendants arrived right on time to begin set up. When the reception started, the booth was ready to go and our guests LOVED IT. Even more impressive was the quality of the photos. We were in a dark reception space and their photos are professional quality. We also had a guest book we asked the guests to put a copy of photos into and the attendants were telling each and every guest. One day after the wedding, we got an email with a link to all our photos that we could share with our guests. Amazing! From the very beginning when emailing Roger to closing out at the end of our wedding, we loved working with GC photo booth and I fully intend to use them next time I need a booth! They are the best! Booking: - Arthur was great and responsive to emails - Great customer service Process: - We chose the gold package...it came with customized backdrop and footer...there's 2 different people designing the backdrop and footer, which was a little frustrating because they didn't communicate with each other on designs and if it would clash, etc. I had to be the middleman sending separate emails with the other designers design, which ended up being a little stressful Execution: - It wasn't until a few weeks after our wedding when I found out a few things: 1. Photobooth was down FOR ONE HOUR (wtf...especially since we paid for 5 hours...so frustrating) 2. Printer was also down for awhile so a lot of our guests couldn't get their actual photos 3. Several of our guests didn't even know about the video messaging because the attendant never told them!!! 4. There was supposed to be an iPad for instant uploads to social media right away but our guests never knew about it....was it even there? I have no idea and neither did our guests...and no photobooth pictures were uploaded instantly that night 5. There weren't much props Otherwise, photos were good quality and Arthur was really great to work with in the beginning but I don't think I would book again or recommend only because of the issues during our wedding. I also sent an email regarding all these concerns last 12/8/15 and got a reply saying they would look into issues and reply back after 12/21 but it's been over month since then and still no reply....so I deducted another star. This was my first time booking a photo booth for an event, but I was blown away by GC Photobooth! I called several places last-minute for an event I was hosting, and I ended up choosing them because their prices wouldn't break our budget and they had the cleanest, most professional-looking samples on their website. Given the small amount of time they had to prepare, they were able to handle everything promptly and professionally. Everything was on point - from the photo strip frame design (I had a very particular idea in mind, and they were able to match my vision perfectly with no complaints) to the props to the helpfulness of the worker who patiently helped us take all of our photos. It was probably the most popular part of the event - we even had to pay for extra time because of how much everyone loved it! I've used and recommended GC Photo Booth for many important moments in mine and my friend's life. Each time I've used this vendor, I get amazed by their quality and professionalism. I used GC Photo Booth for my brother's Army Holiday Party in 2012. On a whim, I decided to contact the owner and ask for a reduced price to show gratitude for the nation's soldiers as they celebrate the Holidays. Not only were they extremely accommodating to my request, they even offered an entire package at a greatly reduced price and made the trip up to Northern California (they are based in Southern California). I thought that was extremely kind and generous of them and all of the soldiers were happy. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars for catering to our service men and women. HIGH FIVE for that!! I recommended GC to a friend's First Birthday (I was also an attendee). The photographer was very meticulous with his work. At first, the photos had a green tint and the attendant/photographer was adamant about correcting the color. There was a great difference between the old photo and new photo and I was very appreciative that he took the time to make the correction. I know that other photo booth vendors would just claim that they can only print "as is". This extra care and attention really caught my eye and I never had such great customer service. I am very pleased with the quality of work of GC and the staff is wonderful. I plan on using GC for many of my important events and would highly recommend them to all of my friends. I called for a quote for their slow-mo video booth + photo booth package a month before my wedding, and unlike other companies, Arthur was really persistent and willing to work around my budget. (Usually I would contact a company, find their services were too pricey and I would move on, but Arthur wouldn't let me go!! The props were amazing and they even let us bring cut outs of our face so we can be in everyone's photo. I've been to many weddings, birthdays, and special events that have hired photo booth vendors but no one else does it like GC. GC differentiates themselves with a sense of timeliness, friendliness, and simplicity. In addition to their unique edge, GC provides better quality photos than other photo booths I have seen (which, ultimately, is my selling point.) Their price is competitive so it's a no-brainer to book them based on their upgraded equipment and service. Our booth attendant was resourceful, communicative, and he reflected the company well! I was impressed when he set up the photo booth, without any direction from me, and immediately prepared all of his props (hats, wigs, glasses, signs) for my party to use. The booth was a big hit for my grandparents' anniversary and it was clear that people loved GC too. The attendant really took ownership of the guests' enjoyment. Everyone had so much fun taking photos, especially the drunk folks! We are a non-profit organization and we had an event that happened to be the inaugural event(needless to say it was stressful). GC Photo Booth helped to alleviate some of that stress. They did videography for my wedding and I worked with Adriel, Sophano, and Bianca! These three were absolutely great and the final full-feature film was stunning. They've had experience with Cantonese/Vietnamese weddings, so they were are able to film and edit appropriately. They were very flexible with how I wanted to split two videographers through the long day that Asian weddings generally have. Adriel took the time before the wedding to go through the planned schedule and the shots they took proved the experience they have. I was at a wedding bridal show one time and we saw that there was crowd of people in one area, so we decided to see what all the buzz was about - turns out it was GC Photo Booth. We gave it a try and loved the way the sample photos came out! Photography is my hobby so I'm very picky about photos, comparing to some of the other photo booths we checked out, GC had better quality photos and prints compared to some of the others we tried out. Arthur was very friendly and helpful in providing us information and we decided to use them for our wedding. The design of the print and logos matched our wedding theme perfectly, if you have some images/ideas, definitely send it to them and they will work with you to come up with a custom design. They were even able to customized sign for the speech bubble that added a touch of personalization for our wedding. What is really awesome was that they had Marvel Avengers props since our event date was the opening weekend of the Avengers movie! There was always a line at the booth since it everyone loved it. The photos from our wedding was uploaded right after the weekend and we were immediately able to share the full size digital photos with our family and friends.
