And I've tried a lot of different types of workouts.... Things I love about Lift and Sprint: - you get to workout outdoors (watching the sunrise from the track is way better than a dark smelly gym) - every workout is different, which keeps things fun and interesting - they accommodate all ages, levels, and abilities (they trained me through two pregnancies) - great community vibe (no egos or BS) - close attention to form and technique (almost feels like personal training but in a group setting) Lift and Sprint has given me more than just a place to workout, but has helped me to develop healthy habits at home in a way that has permeated my life and overall well-being!

Lift and Sprint has changed my life. Literally…read more No matter your fitness level (seriously!!!), Amy and Nic will make you feel comfortable with working out. When I started, I don't think I could run a half mile without dying. Now, I have several 5k races under my belt, and I'm hoping to do a 10k before the year is up. I still remember my first workout - my arms were so dead that I could barely turn the steering wheel while driving home. It was hard to imagine continuing to do it, but everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. I was tired of feeling weak and tired, so I made myself go back. And back again and again, and now it's not so hard to make myself go. Once, I forgot to bring my workout clothes to work with me, so I went in what I was wearing (knee high rain boots, leggings, and a short-sleeved shirt). This is the kind of person Lift & Sprint turns you into, even if you thought it would never happen. The workouts won't be easy. But they are only 45 minutes. If Amy has had too much coffee on a Monday, you may find yourself thinking "omg, what have I done? Make it stop." But it's only 45 minutes, and trust me, you can survive 45 minutes.

Working with Sariah has helped me make HUGE gains in my overall life satisfaction, career, finances, and marriage. When we first started, I was a freelance designer struggling to find the balance between work, life and money, wanting to feel both creatively fulfilled and financially free, but feeling mostly stressed and unsatisified. Through working with her, I was able to become really clear about my true needs, and position myself for a career change. Now, in my new job, I feel set up financially and challenged in new and exciting ways. For the first time in my life, I'm actually excited about my job and the life it's helping me create. Working with Sariah has also helped me become closer with my husband and find harmony, balance and emotional fulfillment in our relationship. We've been able to release negative patterns that were causing emotional strain and threatening our relationship, and in many ways, it feels like we've inherited a whole new relationship. I feel so much more at peace, and am enjoying a marriage that is far more loving, supportive, healthy and happy. I believe that no matter what you'd like to change about your life, working with Sariah in the healthy, positive environment she provides, you'll be empowered to make real and lasting changes to your life, even ones you never thought were possible. If you're serious about living the life you want, you should definitely give it a go! I think you'll be amazed!

All of the trainers here are excellent, but most of the classes I take are with Deanna. Training with her is an incredibly positive experience--she is completely committed to helping her clients succeed, and not just in the gym. And on those days when my tank is empty or I'm not with it for whatever reason she's completely understanding and is able to adjust things to meet me where I'm at so I still get a good workout in. A lot of it may be behind the scenes, but she works just as hard as her clients at helping them achieves their goals. Due to me being completely new, I decided to get a wearable with my membership. It was originally $199 but I asked if I can get a student discount which brought it down to $189. The wearable was a pretty steep price and the person who checked me out did not tell me about the May promo they had going on (iirc half off a wearable) so I decided to get the wearable, towel, bag, and OTF water bottle pack which was around $129, which I would not have done without the wearable. I saw the May promo on the back of the bathroom door after class. There were times that I needed help same day so I texted the front staff hours before the class and they disregarded my question, which was disappointing for my first good impressions of the staff. Looking out from a monetary perspective (not informing a new joiner about promos) vs actually caring about a member (informing new joiner about promos and texting answers back to questions) would have made me return to OTF in the future, but as the saying goes, you can only skin a sheep once. I would join with the South Bay OTF studios as they seem less opportunistic, but again, the coaches here were amazing!
