They made the demolition a breeze and handled it quickly and efficiently, and they were incredibly neat and cleaned everything up as if it never happened. They were able to correct a sagging floor and did so at the root of the issue, not just bandaid it to make it easier on themselves. Which is evidence of another wonderful quality, his integrity! As a businessman, he is trustworthy and dependable and you can rely on him to be straightforward with you at all times. On top of all of these things, he is also affordable. They called me within a day schedule an appointment but suggested that I sent over my property survey via email to complete the initial proposal due to scheduling availability. I sent an email to them on May 31st, and repeatedly sent followup emails for three weeks and heard nothing. I finally called the vendor and they informed me that they are trying to read the survey because no one can do it on their end. I was told I'd receive a call back at the end of the day, and again have heard nothing. I called back again the next day, and still no update or any urgency to complete my order - a whole month after my initial contact with them. I will not continue to do business with a place that doesn't value their customers and I will advise anyone against using them.

It was difficult for him to find enough dry days in a row to complete the staining of our deck. His crew arrived on time and were very polite and pleasant. Two workers arrived at 1:30 pm and began prepping the deck (it had been pressure washed a couple weeks prior); more workers (2 or 3) arrived about 45 minutes later. By 4:30 pm they were done...which is where my concern came in. We have a pretty big deck, with a lattice covered arbor, and I am not convinced they applied two coats (as promised) in such a short time. When they arrived, I questioned the information Robert had given me saying that both coats would be applied in the same day, with minimal drying time in between coats. The worker confirmed this, saying the product was a "wet coat" product. When I checked the information on the back of the can they left for touch ups, the directions indicated you could re-coat in two hours. The size of our deck, combined with the minimal amount of time the workers were on site, makes me doubt that the entire deck received two coats, as contracted. I did contact them to discuss and was told that yes, they did do two coats on the whole deck. I was told that their experience allows them to complete a project of this size in such a limited amount of time. The finished product looks good, however there are some areas that are shinier than others. Also, the deck overall has a sticky feel when you walk on it. I was told this should go away in a few weeks to months, but to contact them for resolution if it does not. My overall experience allows me to recommend this company. I would, however, watch the workers carefully to make sure the project is completed as contracted.

My girlfriend's heater stopped working, so she called this company. When she declined, they suddenly "found" the part and quoted $1,800, then took a deposit. A quick search showed the OEM part is widely available for around $150, and the job typically takes 1-2 hours. Charging $1,800 for that kind of work is hard to justify. To their credit, when I called and requested a refund of the deposit, they returned it without issue (hence the 2 stars). That said, the initial sales approach was misleading and predatory. For context, another company has since quoted $460 for the same repair.

Very responsive service and "diagnosed" a defective blower motor that was "one of the most…read moreexpensive motors I've seen" and "don't know if I can get one" immediately went into "upsell a new furnace mode" and was assured it was a "competitive price" Big mistake should have immediately called two other companies for quote. Installation was flawless, but the price was exorbitant at $8300. $6-6500 would have been a fair price for a $3400 heater marked up 1.5X and a 6-8 hours of labor at more than $200/hr labor. Met with owner and he justified the price mostly due to "knowing his costs", generous salaries for his employees, enormous overhead, advertising and a "small profit margin" Lesson learned. When the technician goes into upsell mode and tells you they are offering a competitive price, don't believe them. Get three quotes. Also, they remove any negative reviews and want you to not post anything detrimental on social media.
