We had Dana paint our kitchen. It took him 2.5 weeks to complete working a few hours here and a few…read morethere. During the process he declared himself done at least 3 times only for us to find that he had missed large portions of the soffit and had failed to paint the underside of removable shelves in an open cabinet. On the last declaration of being finished he had failed to paint the windows. When I asked him why he had not painted the windows he stated that it's not normally part of what is painted. I'm sorry, but I've never had a painter not paint a window to match the trim. In the end he charged extra for what is obviously part of a normal paint job and blamed us for "handling the issue poorly." So maybe Dana is reasonable for putting together an ikea bench or something but for anything you may want to have done right I'd look elsewhere.

They were timely, organized and always followed through. Luke was here most days, checking on the job, his workers were hardworking and on time everyday working until dark. My experience with KLM has been the best I have had with a contractor. I was informed about what was going to happen as the job progressed , which I found very helpful and the best part was they always followed through. Because of this they gained my confidence soon after they started the project. The job is now finished, they did a fantastic job, this is from someone who is a perfectionist. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is considering a home renovation.

Unfortunately this quickly changed once our project started, they were unable to manage a construction schedule and deliver on their proposed project timeline. Furthermore they had an everchanging group of subcontracts performing the work with little to no oversight from KLM, including an incident in which several items were stolen from our property during their job. Given their high price and subpar workmanship I would not recommend nor do business with these clowns again.
