Also verbally stated they added oil and stated on receipt. Car arrived home a I checked her oil level ""severely low". Returned car next day and added 1.5 quarts of oil. You be the judge, yet will never go back to this place. Note: If you go for an oil consumption test. Bosak Kia is now Graff Kia (not yet listed on Yelp) but whatever thd current name, the customer service we've received from Austin, its service manager, has truly been been extraordinary! We live in north suburban Chicago and not northwest Indiana, and ran into a major engine issue with our 2020 Kia Sportage enroute to Cleveland for our daughter's law school graduation. We initially has the car towed from an I-90 oasis to an AAA repair facility but when it became clear this was an engine problem had it towed again to Graff (then Bosuk) Kia since the car was still under Kia's powertrain warranty. We had to take a rental car to the graduation and (from there) a planned trip to upstate NY, all while our Sportage was being repaired. Austin greatly helped us with documentation issues, which kept the bill more affordable, and he ensured the car was repaired and ready for pickup when we made the return trip through Indiana. Last month, we had an additional issue with the Sportage and we brought it into McGrath Kia, near home. The resolution included replacement of several parts that had just been installed by Graff (then Bosak) Kia months earlier. Since both facilities are certified Kia dealers and the May 2025 repairs were under warranty, we expected our costs to be largely covered. However, McGrath Kia would not honor another certified Kia dealer's warranty, and Kia's national customer service center backed them up, stating that the warranty was only valid with the dealer that provided the service (about 2 hours drive from us). Pretty upset about paying a second very expensive car repair bill within 6 months, I called Graff Kia and spoke with Austin, who told me that he/Graff often honor warranties on work performed at other certified dealers. It required him to fill out extra paperwork -- he suspected that to be McGrath's issue -- but he was very willing to do it. While we had to initially pay the McGrath bill out of pocket, Austin let us know that we will be reimbursed us in full. This is what excellent and honorable customer service looks like! read more

What is there to really say. Had van in to get fixed for warranty and non warranty items when they said these were not under warranty. They broke one panel which they fixed, but interior is still messed up, and sliding door panel is damaged and not operating correctly. Have been there mutiple times to have fixed. The inside sliding door button hasn't worked to open door since they claimed they fixed the door. I go in for one thing and they break or mess something else up which then I have to take more time out of another day to bring in back to the dealship to get fixed. Either they mess something else up or have to reorder the part because its messed up. Each time i end up having to spend 3 or more hours there when i have a appointment then get rushed out at close so when i get to look at the vehicle the shop is closed and all the techs leave as quick as possible so there is no one there to fix the new issue that was caused. This has been going on since July 2023. Scheduled appointment then day of appointment get a text message saying they have to reschedule for some reason. I leave messages, voice mails, and get no response from service department or the sales manager. Was told by sales manager once that i should take my vehicle somewhere esle even though i purchased it from that dealership. Was told by sales manager it would be best to take my vehicle somewhere esle and part ways. That's not how you run a business specially when the shop caused the damage to the customers. vehicle. Finally get a call back from Hailey after messaging the dealership again wanting a call back from Nick the GM. Acted obvious on the repairs and issues. Then says we are scheduling 3 weeks out which will put it the end of January which doesnt work for me. Then she puts me on hold for almost 10 minutes then hangs up the call on me. Never ever have i had this poor of service. Vehicle is still messed up as of today 1/3/24. Hasn't been the first time they messed up the interior either. read more

What a great bunch of people here. Reggie was the most professional and customer friendly sales person I have met through my entire time of looking to make a new car purchase. My wife was really wanting a Kia Soul, I was skeptical. We took the '21 Soul for a test drive and I was impressed. Then the way all our questions and concerns were addressed, I was sold. Set a time for the following morning to pick up the car but it was slightly delayed as the lead detailer noticed a couple small items he was not happy with so he took care of it immediately. Upon arrival I was told I would need to pay 200 for a system diagnostic. Their mechanic (John) wasnt happy about having to work and shouted ".. My brake light comes on god damnit" at the service desk as he drove my car in. His solution was to top off the brake fluid.. No test drive, or actual diagnostic work was performed on my vehicle(I was told it was). John did proceed to spill a bunch of fluids down the engine bay (for which I was not charged and they gave a complementary "wash" - (I say wash for lack of a better word as when I got in my car I found black residue left behind from overly used shop rags on the inside of my windows) I have video from my dashcam of all above. read more

I have had a better experience at a smaller dealership than this. I purchase my car back in September and everything was fine. Then within in two weeks out of nowhere the heat wasn't working, my headlight was out, tire pressure light was, grill piece fell out in the front. Make an appointment to get my vehicle service they say they fixed everything but i need two new tires and they will not replace them and they needed to order my grill piece then they tried to charge me for service that should have been free. Service manage had to step in and I got charge nothing. Okay cool I got told if my heat stop working again come back so literally about couple days later my heat stop working made another appointment just to get told they can't fix my vehicle because this they were Kia and I need to go Toyota so I got over to Toyota and they have my vehicle from 8 in the morning until I called them around 4pm to figure out what was going on. I called them they basically informed me that a coil and something other things had to be replace for my heat and they had to keep my car but don't have a courtesy vehicle. I stated that someone at one of these Bosak's should be able to provide one because I have to go to work the next morning. Drove to Bosak Kiaand got a courtesy vehicle and had that vehicle until October and was told that they were waiting on parts and it will take a while because of production cool. So had to switch out cars 4 times since then and I was finally able to get my car back in January eve was working but I still didn't have a grill piece. Went over to Bosak Kia and inquired about my grill piece that was suppose to been order back in October for know one to know what I was talking about. Showed them the receipt and they say we will get it order. I went to this dealership wanting to love it, but that didn't happen. I'd have to say that my experience there was nothing short of bizarre. I was interested in purchasing a 2016 or 2017 Kia Soul. I test drove it and took it to my mechanic, who I paid to check it out. But, at the end of the day, after I made an offer, the salesman refused to come down even $1 from the asking price. No counter offer, nothing at all. And I was ridiculed because I didn't want to finance. He told me that the dealership would lose more money since I was planning on a cash deal. According to the salesman, the dealership gets kickbacks from the finance company. In fact, rather than coming down on the asking price, he had the nerve to add on an extra $3000 for a clear coat package that I didn't ask for and didn't want. He stated that the dealership was doing this because they are losing money on all of their sales. Hmm. Do people really fall for these lines? Bosak Kia isn't my charity of choice. My mother recently had her car fixed at Arnell Chevy. Her car was towed in the middle of the night after it suddenly breaking down in I94. My mother had a great experience working with her service Advisor, John. John answered all of my mothers questions when she called right when the service department opened the next morning. John made sure that her car was looked at promptly and was able to ger the car fixed that day. Overall, I don't think that John or Arnell could have done a better job. Purchase a new Camaro from Arnell in 3/12. Turns out that they had damaged the front nose of this new car and repainted it themselves. They never disclosed this information to me and even when I noticed the bad paint, they denied ever touching the car and claimed it was from the factory like that. Four plus months and they still have not repaired the bad paint job. They just keep putting me off. Even after getting GM customer service involved the dealership lied to them about attempting to fix my car. RUN don't walk from this place. When you buy a used car from this dealer, be sure to check the car in excruciating detail, looking at every little thing. Be sure to check out the tires especially, take photos, and when you are filling out the paper work keep your eyes on what they are doing with the car!! When I bought my 2015 Kia Sorento from this dealer, the car was perfect during the test drive. Not a single noise was heard. The next day, when I drove the car for the first time and heard a noise from the tires, I realized that the original tires that I test drove with were changed, and in their place, ripped and worn tires were put! I was completely open to this place up until I actually went there. My husband and I were in the market for a new car so we were browsing the online listings for Arnell's new/used inventory. Naturally, when doing this, they ask you for your contact information and the description of the vehicle you want to trade. I obliged with their requests as I wanted the information on the potential new car. Little did I know at the time that we would be harrassed relentlesly. Now, the car that we were going to trade, we knew was not worth much as it was a 2003 with high mileage. That didn't matter to Arnell! They called over and over again begging us to bring the car in so they could see it. After about 3 months of this, I finally gave in and took the car over there to them. After they did their initial inspection, they said they'd get back to us with a potential offer. They got back to us all right...but only to tell us they weren't interested in the car at all!!!
