It also comes with your choice of maduro or tajadas (forms of plantain) and delicious queso frito (fried cheese). Again, this is my go to and will continue to be. The reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is because of the gallo pinto. I'm blessed enough to have family who has made it my entire life which is way better. It wouldn't be fair to hold this against the restaurant because of this alone, but theirs legit just tastes like unseasoned rice and beans mixed together. Everything else is delicious. We also got their quesillo which is basically a big tortilla covered with beans and cream and cheese. This was a 6/10 for me. Their enchiladas Nica was amazing and huge. Will def get this again.
