After getting over the panicky stage, I called towing services all over. Very few had trucks available 24/7. This company was quick, courteous, and even able to match a competitor's price! Their quote was pretty good to begin with. The truck came in 20 minutes as they said, plus a bonus: the driver's, Pablo's, friendliness. When we talked about my car trouble, he recommended me another auto shop that would save me both money and time. So glad that I decided to give them a call tonight and let my curiosity seek some advice.

Noel told me that I could drive it for a few minutes in order to get out of the highway, and if I didn't I would have to wait hours for the other tow truck to come. He picked me up once I got off the parkway and we drove around finding a possible place for repairs. He knows a bunch of people around the area and can suggest the appropriate place based off your pricing preferences. Long story short, I decided to use my guy in NJ for repairs, and Noel was willing to store my car in his lot until the other tow truck was going to pick it up the next day. He also handled the payment arrangements with the insurance company. This guy basically made my life so much easier that day, and I can't thank him enough! He's willing to help you out in anyway! Thanks Noel!

They were nice to deal with over the phone, but had no availability for over 90 minutes which lead me to call another towing company to hopefully get someone to come sooner. I was shocked to learn that another towing company was 1/3 the price and not going to charge a 4 % credit card surcharge of what C & R were going to charge me. Needless to say I went with the other towing company. It is terrible when a business takes advantage of people just because they are in a vulnerable position. It is understandable that prices may vary slightly from one company to another, However, there is no excuse for charging someone 3 times the going rate for a tow. Shop around
