The technician was kind and considerate and talked me through everything she was doing during the mammogram. After a quick 4 scans it was over. I was in the building less than 20 minutes from check in to check out. The locker rooms are clean and easy to navigate with lockers to store your belongings.

I contact the well by phone was placed on hold for an hour and three minutes after I hung up the got in my car and drove to the well now . I explained the situation to the man who was sitting behind the counter on his phone that I was there yesterday. My daughter's foot is even more swollen today. Can the doctor please prescribe her the prednisone that I asked for yesterday he informed me that I had to bring her. I said I don't wanna bring her back because her foot is swollen. I don't want her walking on it. She says it hurts to walk. he told me that I had to bring her back because the doctor would not send for a patient that he just saw yesterday for a happens all the time bug bites most doctors prescribe prednisone for a bite cause you're not going to the well for a mosquito so if it's important enough to go to the doctor, then it requires prednisone. I said I just was here yesterday. I paid co-pay yesterday. I'm gonna have to bring her back in pain to pay bring her back and we will try to refund you your co-pay at that point I got in my car and drove off. Pissed at the ended up getting on the phone with a friend who told me her had a prescription of prednisone that I could come and pick up so I got in my car. Drove to my friends mom's house and picked up the prednisone. thanks well now for nothing I'll be contacting my friends for all of my medical needs moving forward because they seem to have the answer when the well now does not. I did post a picture of the screenshot on the wellness page for review reviews that shows hour minute phone call that I was placed on could've told me that over the he picked up the phone and put his personal phone down and picked up the well business I wouldn't have drove all the way over there for no reason or had. I felt the need to scoop my kid up and drag her into the I would've it with me. He was too busy taking care of care of his business on the phone.

Front desk woman was quick at her job and I was signed in and told to have a seat and they would call me. Barely had a chance to sit down when they called me, no wait times when your the first one in. After the ultrasound I went back to the waiting room to wait for my turn in the x-ray (also a very short wait). The only complaint I could possibly have is the length of time it took to get an appointment but that is nothing they could help. Keep up the good work.

I have been waiting for this MRI for Weeks. I'm in a lot of pain, and due to RGH being booked they…read morescheduled me here. Never again. They texted me a link to fill out the paperwork 72 hrs before my appointment. Which I filled out as soon as I received it. I have cancer and have enough going on. The weakness and pain on the left side of my body, has added more than I can tolerate. Yesterday my partner called to confirm my appointment, and to inform them that I might be 5 min late. They informed my husband that if I was 5 min late, I would not be seen. My wonderful partner spent all day on the phone, rearranging all my cancer appointments so we could make this appointment on time. We even arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting for an hour in the waiting room and noticing that everyone else has been seen except us. We asked the front desk person what the problem was. She tried to say that we did not confirm our appointment, or fill out the paperwork, so we were placed on hold. Made no sense to us. Which of course it did, because it was a lie. After I asked the front desk about this, they told me, I was next. Then they proceeded to take 3 more people who came in after me. Once they took me back, it was hard for me to sit still and listen to directions, because I was so aggravated about waiting so long for no reason. While I was back there I heard another woman complain, they told her they were really backed up. When I came out my BF was visibly upset. We left, then he told me, they told every person who walked in the same thing they told me, until someone came from the back and said, please start telling people we are behind. Everyone in the waiting room was talking about how terrible the front desk was. They basically lied to all their patients, making them feel like they were to blame instead of them. Not sure what they expected to gain accept for a bunch of really mad patients, who knew they followed directions and were told they didn't. I do not do business with liars. I called my oncologist and told her what happened, she promised she will never send me back again. She heard a lot of the same complaints. Do not recommend, they do not even deserve the 1 star I gave them.

It is not a huge place where you fear sitting and waiting a long time. I think I was seen about 10 minutes after my appt time. I had an xray and abdominal ultrasound sound done. All of the ladies were extremely pleasant and kind. My ultrasound was done immediately after my xray so no wait in between. I would gladly come to this location again, although out of my way, if need be.

I was in and out of the office in less than an hour which is amazing as I was a walk-in for some x-rays. My x-ray tech was the loveliest person who made sure I felt comfortable and cared for.
