I received a text message to fill out documents - had to upload my driver's license, my insurance cards, the order from my doctor. I completed this 2 days in advance. Received a call today 10/20 that they cancelled my appointment tomorrow because apparently they needed a text message confirmation from me that I was coming. They did not email or courtesy call to confirm. Receptionist did not understand why I was upset, and offered 2 same day appointments before 8:30 am (which I couldn't make because I have children to put on the bus) or for the afternoon (while I was scheduled to work). But she could not put me back on for the 9:30 appointment they had just cancelled??? Went online and now I have to wait until 10/27 for another appointment at a different facility because I'm sure not going to this one. I'll have to endure another week of chest pain and difficulty breathing. Thanks for nothing!

Other patients who were not of color were getting called back left and right before me. I even heard one of the patients say "dang we got out of here before we were even supposed to check in". When I reflected back on the delay I was quickly told that they get 350 calls a day. I mentioned that if it takes you twenty minutes per call, I can see the problem. How about putting the customer first and hire additional phone assistance. She quickly discounted my comment and asked if there was something she could do. I then asked for a referral to their competition. I wouldn't go to this organization unless they were the only option. If there care is anything like their customer service, they shouldn't be in this business.

I was in and out of the office in less than an hour which is amazing as I was a walk-in for some x-rays. My x-ray tech was the loveliest person who made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out. Lots of parking at the front of the building available, as well as handicapped spots. The way I was treated here is how all healthcare facilities should treat their patients! Update! My doctor received the x-ray results within an hour or two of getting them done.

Recently I visited my back doctor and he wanted an MRI on me. So I made an appointment with the…read moreplace I had one done years ago. But after some thought I decided to change due to the time they wanted me there, and the distance. So I called my doctor's office back and asked to have the MRI done at Borg Ide imaging at Culver Park.I may also add the first time I had an MRI it wasn't pleasant due to the size of the machine, and I wasn't prepared for it. But I got through it. Things were different this time. My doctor gave me a sedative and the machine they used was bigger than the other one I had years ago. This machine was larger, the back was open, more spacious, and I was relaxed. :) Regarding the radiologist, "Sandy", she was a real pro, an all-star. Each phase of the procedure she told me how long it would be, and where we were at. It went very smooth. I was pleased and I highly recommend Borg Ide if you need an MRI.

I have had wonderful service at the Linden Oaks imaging center which was closed. The tech who did my imaging today at the Culver Ridge location was beyond awful. She complained about her job, how no one reads her notes, and was defensive throughout the entire procedure. She asked me for information and then snapped at me and told me that she couldn't use it because it had to come directly from the source. Made comments like, "Well, that's something I wouldn't know!" when I supplied her with an answer about where the original testing was done. She was the one asking the questions... It was very confusing. Constantly interrupting me and talking over me. Rather than issue directives, she chastised me for swallowing a mouthful of saliva-- but did not tell me she needed me to wait to swallow. She was defensive about why the procedure was being done. She seemed almost irritated that she had to do it. That makes two of us now... When I tried to tell her why my physician ordered the test, she again interrupted me and talked over me --pretty much the entire time. I finally just gave up and lay there, waiting for it to be over. She complained for the full half hour. Longest test I've ever had. And of course I'm concerned about my health this entire time...Patients are anxious enough about test results. We do not need angry, hostile, clearly traumatized workers with poor social skills doing these types of images. I don't know where I will go in the future if I need tests, but I hope there are still enough locations that it will not be back to Culver Ridge.
