I have been waiting for this MRI for Weeks. I'm in a lot of pain, and due to RGH being booked they scheduled me here. Never again. They texted me a link to fill out the paperwork 72 hrs before my appointment. Which I filled out as soon as I received it. I have cancer and have enough going on. The weakness and pain on the left side of my body, has added more than I can tolerate. Yesterday my partner called to confirm my appointment, and to inform them that I might be 5 min late. They informed my husband that if I was 5 min late, I would not be seen. My wonderful partner spent all day on the phone, rearranging all my cancer appointments so we could make this appointment on time. We even arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting for an hour in the waiting room and noticing that everyone else has been seen except us. We asked the front desk person what the problem was. She tried to say that we did not confirm our appointment, or fill out the paperwork, so we were placed on hold. Made no sense to us. Which of course it did, because it was a lie. After I asked the front desk about this, they told me, I was next. Then they proceeded to take 3 more people who came in after me. Once they took me back, it was hard for me to sit still and listen to directions, because I was so aggravated about waiting so long for no reason. While I was back there I heard another woman complain, they told her they were really backed up. When I came out my BF was visibly upset. We left, then he told me, they told every person who walked in the same thing they told me, until someone came from the back and said, please start telling people we are behind. Everyone in the waiting room was talking about how terrible the front desk was. They basically lied to all their patients, making them feel like they were to blame instead of them. Not sure what they expected to gain accept for a bunch of really mad patients, who knew they followed directions and were told they didn't. I do not do business with liars. I called my oncologist and told her what happened, she promised she will never send me back again. She heard a lot of the same complaints. Do not recommend, they do not even deserve the 1 star I gave them. read more

I had 2 MRIs scheduled for 11/14/25. They contacted me on 11/12 to reschedule them, out another month because they said I was scheduled on the wrong machine. Since these are for my MS, I really needed my MRI sooner than December. After speaking with 3 different people, including a manager, I was able to keep one of my 11/14 appointments, and they moved the other appointment to 11/15, which was fine with me. The next day they called to cancel and reschedule the 11/15 appointment. I was told this was due to staffing issues. During my conversation I was told that the machine was down. I informed them they had told me it was due to staffing issues, and now am being told the machine was down. She replied, oh it's the same thing. No it is not the same thing! She kept insisting that it was! So she ended up moving that appointment to Dec 8. Not happy, but that was for spinal cord, the appointment for the 14th is for brain and as long as they didn't move that one, I could live with the second MRI being another month out. Then I was called this morning regarding the appointment for the 14th (tomorrow). I was told this was also being moved to Dec 8. I was not given a reason. This is unacceptable. They cannot treat my symptoms until I get the new scan. Now I have to wait another month for both of my scans and I have very low confidence at this point that these new appointments also will not be kept by Borg and Ide. The manager was supposed to call me back HOURS ago. I have contacted my neurologist and asked them to NEVER schedule me at Borg and Ide again. read more

Horrible experience. Wait time in line big because nothing is automated. 4 women behind the desk doing nothing and won't check anyone in. I go to Borg IDE regularly but never have at Ridgeway Greece. At all cost, don't go to this location. Now waiting 1hour + (still waiting) to get a mammogram and ultrasound. Every person has gone so they probably forgot me/. This place is a disaster with scheduling and diagnostics. Borg IDE you need to overhaul this location. Big 0 if I could give you that. read more

My Mom & I been going to this office for years but to his past week was the last. Last year we heard the people at the check in desk disparage, slander and ridicule a older coworker who went to lunch and turned off her computer screen. This week the person that did my mameo got mad and raised her voice when I asked a question, when I asked another Q she cut me off & started talking above me, again wouldnt me finish my Q, again sounded mad & started pulling & shoving me around resulting in a more painful mameo than I ever had any where else.Never again. Mameo at Strong Hospital had no pain and Mom said that her test hurt too as much as the one she had at the Brockport branch. We both decided that we'd go back to Strong next year and tell our OB-GYN Drs that and what happened. STAY AWAY FROM THE TECH THAT LOOKS LIKE SNL CAST MEMBER!!! read more

Terrible experience. They rushed me through everything. I was asked to come in early because of cancellations. I get there 20 minutes before the time the asked me to be there and was filling out paperwork. The Tech came out to get me and snatched the paperwork out of my hand and said she would complete while I changed. After scolding me for being on Valium at a night time appoinment. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW??? They rushed the entire process. I was havaing a Neck MRI. They put the facemask on me and it was touching my face so I freaked out. They put a different mask on. OK thanks. My arms were touching the machine when i went in and that never happened before so I asked to be taken out. They didnt even give me an opportunity to try again just started taking me off the table. They also did not offer ANY music or anything to help take my mind off what was happening. (11/14/2017) I was tested at this imaging facility and found a modern, clean & warm environment. The treatment staff was compassionate, understanding and informative. I was very nervous, but, made comfortable and my mind put at ease by the nurse and technicians who administered the procedures. My original review of the facility was not complete and based on a clerical error with the billing department. The situation regarding that matter has been quickly resolved and I felt compelled to update this review and portray the human interaction which I feel was second to none and much more important to the prospective consumer. read more

I needed a head MRI, called to set up appointment expecting to wait weeks for one. Nope, they had a cancellation two days from my call at 8:30 p.m. Off we went, got to parking lot and texted "I'm here. In less than 1 minute, reply came, "please come in". Receptionist is very nice and professional. MRI tech came out to get me, explained things in detail, knew what she was talking about.She gave me ear plugs, should have been noise cancelling head phones, because the process was like a jackhammer constantly pounding a foot from your head. My MRI I have been waiting two weeks for was preempted today for an emergency. My second bump at Borg & Ide Imaging in as many weeks. Unlike the first postponement, they scheduled me not the next day, but two and a half weeks later, on 9/14, apparently because of my size they would rather me be at a different location with a more accomodating machine because they will be focusing on my abdomen. So that questionable shadow on my spleen will just have to calm the f down and not go all David Bowie on me... read more

My sister went to this imaging group two times to get die injected for an MRI. The first time they had a tech do the work and she could not find a vein. They reschedule my sister after several weeks so that she could meet with the professional nurse, Linda. She tried three different locations on my sister's body. She told my sister that if she let her do it in her wrist she could absolutely find the vein. After fishing around in her wrist and not finding the vein she took her "GLOVE" off and touched around my sister's punctured skin. Then she said, "Well since you won't let me do it in your hand...". Would anyone after three pokes and fishing? She asked my sister what she wanted to do? Another person came in and tersely said through the curtain, "You'll have to go somewhere else"! We called to complain about how rudely she was treated and were left on hold over 15 min. and assured that Renee would get back to us. Nobody got back to us. We called their complaint department and the person taking the complaints was ready for our call and very rude. She said, she wasn't there so she couldn't say what happened for sure. Great customer service. Your unprofessionalism and dirty habits of touching someone's skin when you are puncturing them has been noted. We will be reporting the ungloved hand to the medical board for future patient protection. read more
