I was in and out of the office in less than an hour which is amazing as I was a walk-in for some x-rays. My x-ray tech was the loveliest person who made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out. Lots of parking at the front of the building available, as well as handicapped spots. The way I was treated here is how all healthcare facilities should treat their patients! Update! My doctor received the x-ray results within an hour or two of getting them done.

It is a bit hot in the waiting room but since many (all?) of us are going to be topless for imaging, I get it. My wait was not long and the imaging itself took less than 10 minutes.

Went in at my "appointment time" and still waited 1.5 hours. I was told it is just a time slot and not an appointment time...then maybe you should specify that. I entered all my insurance information online prior to the visit, and when I checked in, the woman at the desk said I was all set. I went there to get a prescription for anti-biotics because I had a sinus infection. Considering I get them every year at the same time of year for the past 20 years, it doesn't take a doctor, or RN, or whatever they have working there to diagnose it. Instead, they insisted I get my nose probed three times for COVID (don't know why), Flu (didn't have a fever/aches), and who knows what the other swab was for. After that, and the negative results, I got sent on my way with a good luck and a suggestion to switch my OTC allergy medicine and use some nasal spray (which I do). So, after wasting 2.5 hours of my life, I leave with no relief. About 3 weeks later, I found out, I did get something...a $585 bill. I have insurance, have had the same insurance for more than 20 years, and have gone to multiple urgent cares across the country and have only had to pay the copay. Obviously if I was "out of network" the woman at the front desk would have notified me right...NOPE. Dealing with their billing department is a whole other thesis. Finally got a hold of the front desk after 3 days dealing with billing and was told the manager "Tara" would be in touch, thank God I didn't hold my breath because that was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. In the end...nothing has been resolved. The place is a scam.

They texted me a link to fill out the paperwork 72 hrs before my appointment. Which I filled out as soon as I received it. I have cancer and have enough going on. The weakness and pain on the left side of my body, has added more than I can tolerate. Yesterday my partner called to confirm my appointment, and to inform them that I might be 5 min late. They informed my husband that if I was 5 min late, I would not be seen. My wonderful partner spent all day on the phone, rearranging all my cancer appointments so we could make this appointment on time. We even arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting for an hour in the waiting room and noticing that everyone else has been seen except us. We asked the front desk person what the problem was. She tried to say that we did not confirm our appointment, or fill out the paperwork, so we were placed on hold. Made no sense to us. Which of course it did, because it was a lie. After I asked the front desk about this, they told me, I was next. Then they proceeded to take 3 more people who came in after me. Once they took me back, it was hard for me to sit still and listen to directions, because I was so aggravated about waiting so long for no reason. While I was back there I heard another woman complain, they told her they were really backed up. When I came out my BF was visibly upset. We left, then he told me, they told every person who walked in the same thing they told me, until someone came from the back and said, please start telling people we are behind. Everyone in the waiting room was talking about how terrible the front desk was. They basically lied to all their patients, making them feel like they were to blame instead of them. Not sure what they expected to gain accept for a bunch of really mad patients, who knew they followed directions and were told they didn't. I do not do business with liars. I called my oncologist and told her what happened, she promised she will never send me back again. She heard a lot of the same complaints. Do not recommend, they do not even deserve the 1 star I gave them.

Last week I had to have a blood draw for an upcoming doctor appointment. It has been years since I…read moreused the Rochester Regional Lab at 400 Crosskeys Office Park, Suite 425, Fairport, NY 14450. It's not my usual spot but I ended up there. I am absolutely delighted with the staff there. I am needle-phobic and "a tough stick" on a good day. My veins roll, hide and often refuse to cooperate. The phlebotomist listened to my concerns and what I've learned from past --difficult-- blood tests. She looked at both arms, checked out a hand and decided to call in a more senior staff BEFORE trying to stick me. Wise, and very considerate! The second staff member did an excellent job. Not entirely painless, needles never are, but this lady, (I believe her name is Jennifer) did a fantastic job getting in and getting the blood with no mucking about. There was NO bruising even though I bruise very easily. The only mark on my arm was from the adhesive tape that I pulled off 8 hours later. Very sticky tape it was. I will go out of my way in future to use that office for my quarterly blood draws. Excellent job, both of you!

The blood draw took less than five minutes even though it was a lot of tubes. The phlebotomist even allowed my son to watch videos on my phone to keep him calm during the procedure. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends especially those who have children with special needs. I wish they'd open a location in Buffalo!
