The fish n' chips were really good, the batter around the fish was golden and crispy, the fish was flaky and soft. So good that my boyfriend ate it while it was piping hot! The fries were perfect and crispy. The owner was so nice and brought out an aioli that tasted so good with the fries (reminded me of the animal sauce from In N' Out). The chicken t'sami was also really good, the chicken was juicy and crispy, and paired well with the pickles and slaw. The ciabatta bread was soft and everything felt so fresh. The guy even saved up all the days champagne corks for me (I'd mentioned I needed them for a project) and brought them to me before closing up shop. I loved the handiness of the truck, with it's bar that opens folds down from one side and the beer taps on the wall coming from kegs inside. They also had a decent selection of wine and bubbles. The concept of renting a booze truck for events is genius & no doubt I will see more of them around town in the future. At least, I hope I do.
