While I was in the parking lot getting on my motorcycle, two managers approached me and accused me of being rude, specifically bringing up the 3-star review I had left after my previous visit. Being confronted in the parking lot over an honest review was completely inappropriate and only reinforced my opinion of how this place handles customer service and criticism.
