Love that all the staff is wearing masks and gloves. It makes me feel like they are prioritizing a safe environment in the store. When we first came in, we had no idea of what type of boots we wanted. One of their staff members was very helpful and took his time to explain all the differences. From style, material, heel size..... I had no idea boots had so many factors to take into consideration before getting a pair. We end up with two pairs, cleaning supplies, inside sole protectors and a happy experience. I look forward to coming back and getting a hat

I want to thank Myra and Austin for helping me solve my problem. I had bought utility working boots, brand Keen, in Modesto, CA. I'm a traveler electrical technician and these boots started to rip after 5 weeks of being used. Got them for $175 and thought I had bought some good working boots, but suddenly the sole was coming off. I called customer service and followed their instructions. Went inside Boot Barn and Myra helped me right away and Austin came in to help as well. They seen how bad my boots were and told me to get a new pair and the process was easy. Was helped at the boot section and Austin took care of me at the register. Awesome team they have here. Most of my family shop here and makes me feel good that my family and friends can be helped the way I was helped. Really recommend this Boot Barn. Thank you Boot Barn team.

I like this store it has a lot of things I want but I just can't afford. For example ostrich skin boots starting at a low $250. The staff are very friendly and helpful but I think they might be on commission. The only drawbacks are everything is tight together you hardly have room to walk. I think they need a bigger building. So much stuff you can get lost for hours. For what they sale the price is good. You know even with the tight quarters the store stays very clean and organized. So if you shop here remember to cowboy up and yelp on.

Great merchandise but lines are terminally slow and chaotic. No control over which Lina is a real checkout line.

So we left him with the new hat for an hour or so to work his magic on it.

This is one adorable little boutique! But don't be scared because I used the word…read more"boutique"....They have items in various price ranges!! Everything I looked at was under $40. I have walked in here a couple different times and easily found unique gifts for between $10-$15. They have tons of jewelry and clothes as well-hence the name bauble & thread. They also sell a variety of accessories, and fun gifts. One part of their clothing selection is called "Salvaged", these are unique pieces that are either "pre-owned" or "gently used". We looked through them and they all looked in wonderful condition, and they are all very pretty. (If anyone knows what Poshmark is, that is how "Salvaged" got started and continues, in addition through the store. The owner of Salvaged is the daughter of the owner of bauble & thread. Yay Shopping Local!) I enjoy coming here to look around, and seeing what I can find, but also this is one of those places that I know I'm going to find a fun, unique gift at. It has become my "go to" place for that. *Bonus!* The bags they give you for your purchases are adorable with their stickers and extra ribbons, that you can easily use it as the gift wrap! I recommend you try this place out!

Lovely new boutique in the heart of Old Town. The feel and style is strongly reminiscent to…read moreAnthropologie and Urban outfitters. The price point is definitely cheaper than Anthro... I would say they are right under the Urban Outfitters price point. ($25.99-$79.99) They have a nice selection of plus-size clothing as well; it's always a nice touch when a boutique is all-inclusive. I saw so many things I wanted but I have an overwhelming wardrobe and decided not to add to it. (Proud of my will power) ! Jewelry selection is out of this world! I did bite the bullet on some cute hoop earrings ($12.00 each)...The boutique also carries delicious scented candles, organic beauty products and purses/accessories. I am super picky with fashion, and nothing was tacky. Impressive! I do recommend this boutique for all you ladies who want to add feminine, trendy articles of clothing and accessories to your wardrobe. Especially if you love the Anthropologie-type fashion.
