I want to highlight Rob & his exceptional service!!! Today was my first time ever buying authentic boots. I let him know my needs & wants & he was able to show me a few options & explained why certain boots wouldn't be great for what I needed. He also gave me great tips on how my boots should fit, & how they will stretch in certain areas. He was so knowledgeable & patient with me while I looked around for boots that suited my taste. He had me walk around & try them out & didn't look at me funny when I ran up the aisle to make sure I had no problem running in my boots lol. The workers are so unorganized. I called ahead of time to make sure my online order had been delivered, I was on hold 5 minutes and they confirmed my order had been delivered. I told them I would go in a couple minutes to pick it up and they said ok. Once I arrived in the store the lady that helped me out had a rude face and bad customer service. They couldn't figure out where my order was and they couldn't figure out who had answered the call and had confirmed with me. They called a young man to help and at first they said my order was at the store but it hadn't been scanned in then later they told me my package hadn't been delivered and it wouldn't arrive until Monday. Came in today for a new hat and some boots. Dani helped me out and not only was she super kind and profesional, but she was very knowledgable about their products that they had available. She helped me pick out a hat, jacket and pair of boots that fit me perfectly and I couldn't be happier about my purchase today. This store desperately needs new management. Their return policy is trash and the staff is rude. They will never issue store credit but instead say that an in store exchange has to be done. I had my 3 children with me so it was not the time to shop! This lead me to drive all the way to Simi Valley where they happily processed my return and issued me store credit! I called corporate to complain and they said this is not the first time they're hearing bad things about this location. Hopefully something is done soon because I will not be back to this location. read more

My son needed his western wear for his upcoming rodeos we stopped by to see what we could find. Store was clean, employees were very helpful and we found what he needed. Part of the regulations of the rodeo association if a parent wants to go help their child or go behind the arena they also have to be in the same dress code as the child participating. My hubby wanted no part of that so it was up to me. I don't remember the name of the sales associate who helped us, he was great. I was able to find what I needed. It's definitely expensive to be a cowboy/cowgirl we spent close to $1,000 on that one trip. read more

First time visiting Boot Barn and overall it was a positive experience. There definitely seems to be a lot more Men's inventory and variety than in the Women's section. Would've loved to see more of the outerwear stuff online inside the store. The store overall was organized, clean, and the employees here were very helpful and kind. I came in here for the first time last week and they live up to the name of having boots which they had a lot and other things like hats and other clothing. I wasn't really in the market, but thought I would see and the boots they had in my size (now a size 14) was limited and expensive. Maybe the smaller sizes were a better cost, but for me the ones they had weren't something that I would invest in. The hats were a better buy in my opinion, but even though I didn't buy that day I likely will come back and get a hat, but can get the boots for a better prize on Amazon. read more

BEYOND irritated with their lack of common sense at this store. Went to exchange a jacket I received for Christmas and they didn't have it in store. The girl offered to order it online to be picked up in store in order to do an even exchange. After WEEKS of calling to see if my jacket was ready they continued to say they couldn't find my order with my name, account number or confirmation number. $135 jacket just gone no one knows where it is?? Had to call customer service for them to tell me the best they could do is send me a gift card....why at this point would I still want a gift card just to be stuck in the same position I was in over a month ago, less a jacket? I drove here all the way from Pasadena to exchange a pair of boots I purchased and to order the correct boots. Apparently you can't do it all on one transaction as I was told I needed to do the return then pay for the new boots and in a few days I'd see my refund...instead of just being able to return the boots and pay the difference. Whatever I just wanted to order the boots and head home, so my total was $204.95 and they don't print receipts so I had to take a picture of the receipt (which I have) Fast forward 2 days later and I realize they charged me an extra 20 bucks....I'm not going to drive an hour each way for 20 dollars but man was that shitty read more

Was excited to be a return customer ... just became one two weeks ago and was told I would have 15% off my next order ... plus I received three emails stating I had 15% off my next order and the girl said that was not in my account. So my mom spent $207.00 and the girl said I could come back in a week based off my mom's sale to purchase the $55.00 shirt to get the 15% off. We walked out and then I checked my email.. went back in the store to show the 15% and that we will bundle my mom's sale and mine to reach over the $100 minimum to receive the 15%... the girl then said she doesn't think she can do that and went and got the manager. Thank goodness for the common sense of the manager who said no problem and gave us our 15% or we would have just gone to the other Boot Barn locations down south! So thanks to the manager ... Didn't realize we were in the 1960s! Came all the way to Santa Clarita from Los Angeles to purchase a couple pair of boots. Got into the store and needed to use the restroom. Little did I know that they didn't allow colored people to use their facilities! The store associate told me they couldn't allow anyone to use it because of Covid 19. That was totally understandable. So there I am holding it in tryin on boots when an associate escorts a white customer to the restroom and allows them to use it. I was extremely heated and left the two pair of boots I wanted to purchase right there!! Totally unacceptable!!! Black Lives Matter and this store needs to realize that!!! I purchased two pair of Wrangler jeans from Boot Barn. After wearing them just four times they both tore at the rear pocket. They are made in India according to the label. I have been buying Wrangler jeans for years but now I guess a great American jean company has sold out for cheap manufacturing cost, at the cost of poor quality. read more

Poor customer service. I was in there for a long while going through jeans. The jeans were not displayed well, all in a pile and not put in order. The girl that was "working" didn't ask if I needed any help. I think it's sad when store employees don't care if their items are nicely in order. This is a recurring issue here for me.
