We set up an appointment on Tuesday the 12th from 8-10 in the morning. I woke up early in case they came early and 3 hours later I received no phone call and no one came. Irritated, we called TWC and they claimed we set the appointment up on Friday. Never did the rep ever tell us Friday. The appointment was clearly set up for the morning on a Tuesday, but the person over the phone probably told us that to cover up some lazy no-show tech. Then he babbled on about how we matter and our satisfaction is their guarantee and set us up with an appointment for Wednesday after being on hold for half an hour. Lo and behold, someone showed up. He was courteous and very nice and ended up having to climb around in the attic to take out the 30 year old cords and replace them with new cords. The set up was quick (as quick as that can be) and tidy and a whole lot better than our last set up in California. We also got an Ubee modem over our old one from California, which is a huge improvement, not sure why we got a new one in Arizona but an old, crappy one in California. No doubt it contributed to our poor internet service. All is well so far, we have 57mb even though we pay for the ultimate package that guarantees 50mb. The trend is you'll have fast internet speeds for the first week and then it drops to zilch for the remainder of your contract with TWC. We'll see. I will mention we live in an apartment complex and we're 1 of 2 people in the entire place that have internet, and the houses around us aren't internet capable, which is what the tech told me. So that ought to mean we shouldn't experience downtime or slow internet. My words, not the tech's. You'll have terrible internet speeds if you live in an apartment complex or in a neighborhood where everyone else uses the same ISP.

About a year ago they shut off my service a month after my internet was turned on. When I called they said my account was delinquent. I let them know I had never received a bill. I have all my info and requested a paper bill monthly. I never received any. I have occasionally sent a few hundred here and there and called only to be told I had credit. Today my service is shut off AGAIN. I called and only got a recording to leave messages. This is the most ridiculous "business" EVER!!! I'm thinking they won't be in business too long with this type of business practices. Might be best to use AT&T or TMobile wireless.

I mentioned that to one of the workers and he told me I was wrong, and that I could only buy another iPhone. I walked out that day upset and empty handed. A friend of mine works at another Verizon and told me that the worker lied to me and that it doesn't matter which phone I get. With that information, I went and paid that $220 and pre ordered the new Z Fold 7 online. Employees would retain a lot more customers if they were honest and didn't try to make their customers spend more money so they could profit more money off of us.
