I was never given a brochure or any further instructions of how to file my claim. After I went online I was informed that I needed to go to the store directly. Therefore, I've made my fourth trip here and again I was told I had to do it online. People should avoid UPS stores as they charge a significant up charge to mail packages that could easily be mailed for much lesser cost at the United States Post office. I will most likely be placing a stop payment on my credit card and I may take legal action to recover the cash amount that was paid up front. I most likely will submit a better Business bureau rating if I do not get my refund promptly.

So, if I replace a battery at 11 months into the 12 month warranty and then the new one goes bad in, say, two months, then you're screwed. Why is the new battery not good for a year? That is f'n stupid and shady af! The reason is because its an inferior product and they know it. The lithium Ion batteries I replaced the interstates with after this debacle have an 11 year warranty on them and weigh about 1/4 the weight Interstate batteries do. Hey, Interstate, stand by your product like you mean it. Since I learned that this is STANDARD practice at Interstate, I will tell everyone I know that their money will go further elsewhere. That's a choice that the leadership at Interstate made.

This is my first time sending a package here and I am absolutely satisfied. Luckily they were forgiving about my reused box. Miguel is so great. Not only was he really knowledgeable and all of the options, but he was very personable, and made extra suggestions on how to handle my package with care. I wish I could leave a compliment on an employee page, but I googled and could not find anything but complaints. It was not very expensive and my package will get there in a timely manner.

They said that it would be about two hours for my reading glasses and they said that my glasses for driving would take about 10 to 14 days.
