My reading glasses broke. I called the eye doctor that I got them from, they said that they were still under warranty for the frames. I took my prescription and my glasses with me to Eyemart Express. I got an exam as a walk in. They said that it would be about two hours for my reading glasses and they said that my glasses for driving would take about 10 to 14 days. I got 3 pairs of glasses for a little under $700.00 dollars. I got home and I received a text message that my glasses were ready to be picked up. I just happened to forget my prescription paperwork at home & Giselle helped me obtain it from my optometry office. She helped me find my perfect pair of glasses, especially with me being so indecisive! She checked on prices for me and compared them to maximum my insurance coverage. Our youngest daughter needed glasses; the wife had me drive over to Eyemart Express. Apparently our oldest got her glasses here as well, because entering the store we were greeted and made to feel like valued customers. The store was closing in an hour or so but it looked very clean, tidy and had a positive vibe...like it had just opened it's doors 30 minutes ago. The bathroom was clean as well. The staff member who took care of us was friendly and knowledgeable towards my family...even laughed when I told my "Dad jokes!" In short, my daughter found a air she liked, we used our military discount, bought the insurance for it and picked up the glasses about an hour or so later; happy campers were we. Very professional and helpful when it came to my eyes. Great experience and I Love my glasses

A few months ago I needed to update my prescription and went to Eyemart Express. Boy was that a mistake. I paid more than $600 for my new glasses. They told me it would take anywhere from a week to two weeks. It took a month. After I finally got them something seemed wrong so I took the glasses to the eye Doctor that gave me the prescription to make certain the prescription was accurate. The prescription is accurate BUT they told me the eye placement was off by .25. Not only that but I asked them to give me a lens that would be wide angle so the distortion wouldn't be on the sides. They charged me for this but I didn't get it. Beware. read more

I stopped in this Eyemart Express because the website stated every store has its own lab. I drove 90 miles because the left arm of my glasses had come loose. I snapped it back in place but wanted to insure it didn't break loose, so I asked them to put a dab of glue or at least take a look at them. They asked if did. I bought them there? I had the most refreshing experience at the Eyemart Express, Yuma. A friendly greeting and hand sanitizing at the door, Danny one of the associates, explained the different options and had me look for glasses. Marcine, the General Manager, became involved after I suggested she offer her expertise on face shapes and glasses options...I found her to be knowledgeable, experienced and overall genuine and patient with me as I negotiated through the process. I felt welcomed and comfortable; I commend her and her staff for the excellent service and knowledge of their product and services; making the overall experience beyond my expectations. I will say that they were busy but no customer ever felt rushed...I was recommended to go there, and I would recommend anyone to enjoy my same experience. read more

This is the only eye glass place in Yuma that has a nice selection and can have them done in an hour. The first experience there was great. The second experience not so much. They appear to have hired new staff and unfortunately, the female appears to be less than knowledgeable about adjusting glasses and customer service. Staff are friendly and they have their own lab so most prescriptions will be ready the same day. One of my frames took less than 10 mins. I wish there was a better selection of frames other than that I am happy with my purchase. Thank you ladies for all your help! read more

Needed an adjustment on my glasses while traveling for work and I was able to get in and out in under 5 minutes. Giselle was extremely friendly and took care of my frames no problem. All COVID precautions were being observed from hand sanitizer being enforced at the door to all staff wearing masks. read more

Not what they claim at all. They "forgot" my military discount and then basically said "Oh well" even though my order totaled $800 for my family. They were of no assistance helping find frames that compliment your features. They had to "remake" two of my families glasses. We will not recommend or use again. read more
