I took my Rx to this location and purchased new frames and lenses. The frames I purchased were…read moredesigner frames and were quite expensive. I will say that the lenses were perfect. But... First, the nose piece fell off and I had to make a trip to town for repairs. I was told that the person who usually does the repair work was off that day but I could either return the next day or the salesperson, who was new, could probably do the repair. I agreed. The nosepiece fell off again three days later. Second trip to town; repair was made but I was cautioned that the nosepiece holder was very fragile so I should be "careful with the frame". This was disconcerting since the designer frames were costly. Next, the wire holding one of the lenses broke so, another trip to town. I was told that the manager was the only one who could make the repair. The manager was on vacation and would not be available for over a week. I expressed my disappointment in the non-service I had received from this business and that I would never use their services again. I received neither apologies nor options. I went to Corona Optique who made the repair, free of charge , while I waited. They also checked out and cleaned my backup glasses.

So, if I replace a battery at 11 months into the 12 month warranty and then the new one goes bad in, say, two months, then you're screwed. Why is the new battery not good for a year? That is f'n stupid and shady af! The reason is because its an inferior product and they know it. The lithium Ion batteries I replaced the interstates with after this debacle have an 11 year warranty on them and weigh about 1/4 the weight Interstate batteries do. Hey, Interstate, stand by your product like you mean it. Since I learned that this is STANDARD practice at Interstate, I will tell everyone I know that their money will go further elsewhere. That's a choice that the leadership at Interstate made.

Having been in several locations in multiple states, I'd have to say this was my biggest let down…read morein a TSC ever. Occasionally I have issues locating items in a TSC store and typically there's a friendly, red vested, associate to guide me on my journey. This was one of those days where I couldn't find what I was looking for. I know they carry it, I just can't find it. So off I go to find the red vest..... searching...... searching..... searching.... nothing! I did three laps in the store looking for help and there was none to be had. I needed three things and found one of three, one I couldn't locate, and the third was out of stock.. empty shelf. I returned the one item I found to the shelf where I found it and left with nothing. Upon walking around and on my way out I noticed that the store was pretty picked clean. There were a lot of empty spots throughout the store. Definitely not the situations I'm used to at the other locations I've visited. Sorry TSC, I'm off to see the guys in the Orange vests across town. Half star for convenient location, one for the friendly cashier that greeted me with a smile on the way in, and a half star for the hot dog guy in the parking lot!
