I definitely would never visit this place again. My husband took in his iphone to have the battery replaced. Clerk told him it'd take about an hour. When we returned to pick up the iphone my husband discovered the screen had been broke at the top. The clerk admitted to cracking the screen and said if he tried to pry it open more it would get worse. The clerk said that battery was no good AND THEN, he offered to buy the phone for his daughter !!! What?? I would recommend that you think twice before taking your phone for a battery replacement here. read more

I went to Batteries Plus in Yuma AZ on Sunday Dec 17, 2023! I am handicapped so my very close friend drove me. We encountered a very RUDE and INCONSIDERATE young man. He was alone in the store. He would not serve us. When we first went into the store he told us he could not check my Scootie batteries! It annoyed me, because we had called earlier and he told us he could check the batteries! I told him " I felt like had made us come down to his store for no good reason". After that, he told us he felt like the batteries were most likely what was wrong with my cart. I took his word for it and asked him how much would 2 batteries cost me, he said $100 each. ( I found out later that was a lie! They were only approximately $54.00 each!!) But he said he would not sell me any batteries and ordered us out of the store! He told us we were Rude and Inconsiderate, and to leave immediately! I tried to apologize for anything I had done to make him feel that way, TWICE! He would not be placated! Then he got very angry and again ordered us in a really scary way to leave his store! I have never been treated like that by a service person, ever! After that this person got so angry and told us he would not sell us anything at all! We left and I am probably not going back to the Yuma AZ branch!! BOO-HISS!!! Fire this guy! read more

They burned a family member for 240.00 and I can't even get customer service to return communication. A purchase was made online December 20 2022 ( auto battery as a gift) after the process was completed Mom 84 years old saw the credit card used for the purchase needed to be presented at time of pickup and being out of Arizona cancelled the purchase.2 months later the money has not been credited back to her MasterCard. I have made 2 attempts to have this cleaned up and nothing! Do do business with Batteries plus they are theives who prey on the elderly and steel their money. read more

The employee at Batteries Plus today was amazing. Was having problems shipping laptops at FedEx because we didn't have battery labels (why would FedEx not have these?!?!) and this gentleman was kind enough to give us what we needed so we didn't have to check a huge box on the plane with six computers. read more
