She squeezed me AGAIN for some last minute decisions to purge a few more bulky items! I was running late which I feel really bad, but Andrea messaged and said they had arrived and they'd wait for me! She did not have to do that but that is more reason to appreciate this business owner!!

Andrea understands professionalism, and somehow gives a junk hauling service the professionalism of a high end restaurant. Timely, honest, gets the job done right, insured, and hard working. When I read the previous Yelp reviews I was convinced to give them a called, and now I want to do the due diligence to make sure others who need things hauled away, know this is the place to call. I'll describe my experience, and how it went down play-by-play style. I made a call Wednesday to the number listed and it ended up going to voicemail. Within a half hour I got a call back and it was Andrea, who seems to be the face or leader of the operation, she apologized for missing the call, was very polite, and set me up with an appointment for a quote on Friday morning. Friday morning came around and Andrea called ahead and let me know her and the crew would be there in 30 minutes. They showed up 30 minutes almost on the dot. Andrea gave me a quote, I agreed, shook hands. The crew got to work. The end result was exactly what I wanted. Debris gone, area clean. Andrea let me know the job was done, I went out and there it was, in all its glory! Thanks to Arizona Hauling Junk Removal my project is skipping a day of cleanup and moving right to painting! Thank you Andrea and crew!

Great job. I am a…read morebit of a Do-It-Yourself kind of guy, but my current job has me to busy to trim my tree, so I called All Star Tree Service. I am a repeat customer for a reason. Communications - when you call them, you will most likely get forwarded to a cell phone. This isn't a big deal because even though they are working a job, they can still schedule your appraisal and trimming. Appraisal - they came by within a couple of days and left a business card (upon my request) with their quote on it. They quoted me $300. Scheduling - I called them back and accepted their quote and they scheduled me for a time slot 2 weeks in the future. They called a week later and said they had an earlier opening and would I be ok with them coming the next day? I was fine with it, and they showed up and took care of the tree. Actual job - I am not an expert on trimming mesquite trees, but last time they did trimmed it such that it didn't need another trimming for another year. This time, it looks great (same as last time), and they cleaned up all the branches and used a leaf blower to make sure my front yard was left in great shape! Overall - great service and value!
