I closed my account…read more (5 gigabytes) on June 12, and they keep charging me a full price: $50.27 for 5 gigabytes) which is the lowest plan- DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR OFFERS- IT IS NOT TRUE. When I closed the account, they said the remaining would be prorated. Now they are saying they DO NOT PRORATE. I have to pay the full price by July 7. (two billing cycles!!). This company is a scam. Do not sign up with them. When I closed my phone accounts with Verizon or AT&T, they prorated. WATCH OUT THEY DO NOT PRO-RATE !!!!!!!!! Now they said they will charge me again for June 6 to July 7! (No longer with them since June 12). They want to sign you up by "AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL" to keep charging you even if you do not have service with them

The employee seemed bothered by our questions and more concerned with the telephone she was on the entire time. Anyway...This store at 1803 York Road in Lutherville is our new go-to ATT store. It is large, clean, and well lighted. Best of all, it is customer focused. Troy T. listened to us and went right to work to answer our questions and meet our needs.
