My phone is VERY difficult to turn on, can't see incoming calls or texts (just a black screen). To wake up the phone, usually means tap the screen or press the right button. It now takes multiple gestures. My phone does not hold a charge and is very warm. I went back and dealt with a different smiling guy. Confirmed screen was a copy and just smiled as I complained! It is my fault for trusting them, and hence losing the photos. They also were not truthful or clear about what charges I would get from ATT for switching. I didn't get an explanation until receiving my bill and talking to a specialist on the phone. There are plenty of ATT stores in the area. This is not the one.
