I recently bought 3 phones at this location. We bought extra chargers for our cars. We spent more…read morethan expected.... A small fortune actually. One of the chargers broke with 2 months. I went back in and explained what happened. The person working (and ONLY person working while 4 customers waited) said they wouldn't replace this newly purchased charger. He was so rude and flippant. I have 5 phones I pay for each month, been a customer for over 10 years and this 19.99 charger can't be replaced after it was recently bought. It was faulty obviously. I plan to make a formal complaint and then pull my business with a company that has such poor customer service. This jerk and some other recent US Cell employees have been rude to me and my daughter. I especially would NOT waste my time at this location. Once you buy something they won't stand by the cheap product. I bought a charger at Staples and paid 14.00 with a guaranteed product and it definitely is better quality. US cell is failing miserably.

Sean was dismissive, rude, and refused to give his name when I questioned why I was being shown damaged phones. He looked me in the face and said, "Good luck with that," after I told him I'd find out who he was. That's not just unprofessional--it's hostile and deeply disrespectful. Logan knowingly misled me about the terms of my plan and failed to tell me I needed to port in my number for the promotion to work. That led to unnecessary confusion and nearly caused me to miss out on a deal I signed up for. It was clear they both knew the phones were damaged and still tried to sell them anyway. Both of these employees need to be fired. No one should be treated this way for asking questions or expecting honesty. AT&T, do better.

He made me feel bad and said they put a crappy screen on and that I should try to return it lol. Then after I had previously paid the man $520 for one phone screen and the back of the phone he had to order which cover the cost of both per the attached receipt. He charged me $78 dollars for service. Never once was that mentioned before hand and he did the repairs then told me about the additional money. I felt swindled and he was rude. For starters, the plans are cheaper than the other places. You can get unlimited everything for under $50.. if you want a little bit more, you can still pay under $60(like picture messaging). But again -- unlimited minutes. The next best part -- no contracts. I hate contracts. They lock you in, raise your rates, have stiff late-charges, etc.etc. With Einstein, if you don't pay your bill -- you'll lose service but you can just pay to reactivate it. No extra fees or whatnot attached so its much easier. Going into the store isn't always perfect and sometimes they are swamped. Going in to simply pay your bill can be a real hassle when there is a line. You're much better paying over the phone which is never too much of an issue.
