Stopped in this morning looking to buy a single wall oven, GE speed oven/microwave, cooktop and…read moredishwasher. There appeared to be multiple people working but only two were with customers and the others were just chatting. After 20 minutes of looking at everything and making tentative decisions, we still had not been approached by anyone. Instead, one salesman was catching I- with some friends, chatting about kids and college, another had gone to help someone else who walked in 15 minutes after us, one was checking out customers and another was one the phone. I appreciate stores giving you some space, but to go 20 minutes without acknowledging us when we were ready to s-end almost $10,000 is kind of ridiculous. We took pictures of the tags of the things we were interested in and left. Ended up doing research online and found the identical appliances at Home Depot and they were $50-100 less each. Plus they had a bundle and save that saved us another $400 for bundling 4 GE appliances. Thank you Grand Appliance for giving poor customer service, causing me to walk out and then saving $525 by buying at Home Depot.

I went to the store for the first time in a while and interacted with the rudest manager, watched her completely ignore her employee who talked to her and then heard another manager on a walkie talkie be incredibly rude while the check out person was helping me. What happened?? They used to have a happy go lucky kind of guy who was so nice and welcoming rather than scolding and biting managers who degrade their employees. There are still great people who work here, but the managers and the vibe of the store and customer care went from the best in town to the worst. I was so sad to see miserable employees who used to be happier. There were piles of stuff around the store blocking displays, Black Friday prep I imagine? It was not like that in years prior. I ordered at Starbucks and it took a pretty long time to get a tall latte, I really don't think I'll be back to the store as a customer -- the managers are driving people online and killing the store. I might as well go to Walmart with lower prices.

The pants were in perfect condition, there is nothing wrong with the pants. So for your own good never go to that target.

The last time I needed help, I saw on their website that they offered "on-site support," too... but when I went down to the store to enquire if they had anybody who might come to my place to do the work (after my voicemail was ignored), the man working there rudely rebuffed me ... even going so far as to make me feel bad that I didn't know what my problem was, beyond the fact that my new Time Machine wasn't saving back-ups. I eventually had to call AppleCare, which was able to solve my problem. I really don't understand how this place stays in business, since they don't seem very eager to accept work and they don't respond to voicemails. At least, not from me.

He was the only one working and said to be honest he said it might take a while because he was the only one on the premises and would have to help other customers as they came through. Just so I was aware. He did not have the battery for my Hybrid and was very apologetic he could not assist. He recommended I go to the dealer and see if they could do better. I appreciated his kindness, honesty and recommendation. I go back there for batteries.
