After 5 years of doing business, I am VERY unhappy with the service I have received from Duplicated…read moreBusiness Solutions and in particular, Kurt Hadick. I was at the end of my copier leases, and I was told to write a letter of intent to stop. I did that months ago, sent it to Kurt, and he said I didn't send it to the right person. More money down the drain. What is sad is that Kurt says Duplicated has hundreds of old copiers in their storage unit... So many that they couldn't come and get mine while I pay off the last payments. I'm sure many of the copiers in there have local businesses paying payments on them while they sit and collect dust. What a waste of resources. Where do these copiers end up? Poisoning the landfills... The bottom line is: do not lease a copier for your business!!! Everyone told us we needed the latest and greatest to look professional... That's a bunch of baloney. You will be trapped in a never ending cycle of monthly payments and never own anything. When you cancel the lease, the only way out is to pay thousands of dollars to buy the old copier you have already paid for, over and over again, or get another lease. They wrap all the costs and fees back into the next copier and you end up in a never ending cycle of exorbitant monthly charges that will never end... If you really need to look professional, buy a good business copier at Costco every five years and you will save a ton of money and get the latest technology. Stay away from Duplicated. Stay away from copier leases!!!!!!

When I purchased the screen protector I was told if anything happened to it I could bring it back and they would swap it out for a new one. The screen protector got scratched about three weeks and I brought it back to have it swapped out like they're guaranteed and instead, Armando said he couldn't find me in the system. He told me to call and make a claim. I called and very confused about why I even had to make a claim. It should be taken care of at the store anyway that's what they said would happen when I bought it after I called T-Mobile they assured me that that was the wrong way to do it I needed to go back to the store to get my screen protector T-Mobile even called Armando to tell him that was wrong and I had a warranty along with my phone that covered screen protector. Even after T-Mobile called him, he was still fighting the obvious. I went back a second time to explain what T-Mobile had said and to follow up so I can get my protector. He said he wasn't going to give it to me because it was the other manager's fault that I got lost in the system and that other manager doesn't work there anymore . He wanted me to take it up with someone in Santa Maria and said I should go there. I told him that's not where I bought this item and I would be back to discuss this issue after I get off the phone with the supervisor. Calling T-Mobile again they assured me that he is doing it wrong and he very much could give me another screen protector. I ended up calling another store in Santa Maria and talking to Susie's she said come on byI'll take care of you. He has no honor and more to the point needs to be retrained in his duties .

I placed an "expedited" order online which I found out is different than when going into the store. Come to find out that you're better off going in store rather than placing online because they prioritize giving you the best current deal. Long story short, one of the two online orders didn't process and they were able to go above and beyond to ensure we got the full credits on the trade ins and were able to secure the current promotion of a free IPad and Apple Watch so long as you pay for taxes and the monthly data plan which wasn't too much overall price/value considered. If you are in need of an upgrade or weighing your cellular plan options, this Lompoc store is the way to go.
