This year, a simple upgrade with only one staff member who hadn't even taken a break after working all day since 9am and it was now after 4, but was pleasant even after several customers leaving and I guess returning with one kind enough to bring him some lunch. Back again today because the register broke yesterday for 2nd transaction and asked to come back next day. 2 agents today but 2nd guy just walked out for lunch leaving 1 guy to continue with complex customer in front of me. I had a simple register payment. A simple pay on taxes because upgrade payment went through yesterday but computer broke for 2nd payment of taxes. Save your time and go to Phoenix which was seamless on my upgrade. Now going through another cancellation of original payment for same issue a year ago that took forever for payment reversal for a whole new $1600 phone I didn't purchase. It shouldn't take hours to do a simple upgrade. Nearest At&T is Phoenix so don't deal with an AT&T authorized dealer. A big difference apparently. Stay away and go to Phoenix if it's not an emergency!!! Terrible way to spend 2 days and get payments reversed or a new phone. The worst not an isolated incident

MicroAZ is a hidden gem in the Quad City Area! Technical Director Au Nguyen's expertise is second…read moreto none. When my husband and I were told our existing computer was on its last legs, we began looking for a new one. Not an easy feat as we are not computer whizzes by any means. We went to several shops to inquire about a new computer and the workers talked WAY over our heads and tried to pressure us to go with their business on the spot and immediately pay on the spot with our credit card. We informed them that we were not ready to make such a quick decision and instead preferred to do more research ourselves. We discovered MicroAZ and met with Au ("Al") Nguyen. Al was very polite and listened intently to our questions and concerns. He also asked us what we would be using our computer for so as to get a perfect fit for us. Al spoke with us on layman's terms and did not talk over our heads in super tech talk. Al recommended several affordable and good brand computers, plus he said he could even build one for us, but again there was no pressure to go one way or the other. He encouraged us to look around and make our own decision. After visiting several computer shops, we found a computer which we felt would meet our needs. We took a picture of it and the description of it and asked for his opinion. He told us we had selected a very good computer that would last us many years. We brought the new computer to Al and he transferred our info from the old computer and had us test it out before we took it home. After that, we discovered our printer was too slow for our new computer. Again, we talked with Al. We found a good printer and Al hooked it up for us and made sure we were happy. In short, Al is an excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful computer expert. He is definitely hidden secret in a high tech world!

JARS' products are great, and their prices/deals are sometimes the best in town. Their management…read morestyle and treatment of their employees, leaves a lot to be desired. I've heard of the behind-the-scenes treatment of this dispensary's employees by upper management, and I was surprised to hear how poor it is. Nobody can request holidays off (yes, even Thanksgiving and Christmas.), except for the GM and assistant GM. The generla manager plays favorites, yet hardly ever does any hard work herself, but is overall very effective in creating a toxic workplace for her staff. Nobody at the PV location has been there for over a year. That should tell you enough about how they treat their employees. Not to mention they delete reviews that do not look favorable to their reputation, hence their 4.9. Overall, great prices and such! But please believe me when I warn you about not working here. Have a great day and thanks for reading!

O'Reilly auto parts prides themselves on changing windshield wipers and replacing headlight bulbs…read more I went here last week. Stephen sold me a headlight bulb. I asked him to please replace it for me. I could tell he wasn't very keen on that idea so he came out (with attitude) and 1/2 heartedly pretended to open the area to replace the bulb. I could tell he just didn't want to do it. He said "yeah i can't do it" I asked if somebody else in the store could help me and he said no. I went across the street to AutoZone and asked one of the employees there if it was difficult to change the lightbulb out, an employee there said no it should take about 30 seconds. I told him I wanted to bring back the bulb to O'Reilly and buy one from him. He proceeded to let me know that they were out of stock for my car. he offered to replace the one from O'Reilly's for me!!!!!! He literally popped the area opened and replaced it in 30 seconds. I called O'Reilly's corporate office and I am hoping they took action.
