I have been a Verizon customer for 22 years at that store. The store had 2 customers. A wide ride, long nailed, longer lashes, purple haired sales assistant approached me, I told her my problem. She said call 611 on your phone, we cannot help you. I called and stood in the corner talking to customer service for 20 minutes with a very polite Verizon guy on the phone. I told him about my experience with the salesperson, he said give me her name, I walked over and asked her for her name, she said "why", I said "to report you to Verizon", she said "I told you to call 611, I don't have to give you my name", and turned away. Last thing I saw was her supersize caboose careening away. Yeah, I'm changing carriers.

I had to wait an unnecessary long time for the customers to finish before me with their very long transactions, it would have been even longer but Dennis was kind enough to multitask. I thought Verizon's wait time was horrible before, now it's excruciating with only 2 staff members. I was told by the phone rep I could trade in the phone here, that is not true. Tip: ship trade ins to Kings Highway instead if you want a one stop shop.
