Naomi wasn't there when I went back, but the man that helped me was really nice. Unfortunately there's a $35 repackaging fee for opened products. I only paid $25ish for the car mount because of a discount. Obviously, the repackaging fee was more than I paid to start, but the employees found a way to basically let me exchange it for another product. I ended up buying another pop socket (which worked out because I gave the first one I bought to my stepdad). I was so happy I didn't get stuck with the car mount of have to pay more out of pocket to return it. He didn't have to do that for me, but he did, so I'm grateful. Because of that, they get to keep their five star rating. Sidebar: this location is considered a "cellular sales" store, not a full Verizon Wireless. It was a little confusing when I was looking it up online. But they are an authorized Verizon dealer.

Hit the airport and the problems began. We live in Mexico, right now. We have not been able to have any data roaming, cell service, etc. After two FULL DAYS with customer service troubleshooting, demanding a supervisor, everything...THEY OFFERED NO RESOLUTION AND NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM. There are no Verizon stores here, so he now must fly back to the US just to fix his frickin' phone because they messed it up at the store (3 different technicians acknowledged the problem was created at the store). So, apparently, their staff is not as competent as one would need, and Customer Service is clearly useless! I've been with Verizon for years, but next trip to US, that will change. THEY ARE AWFUL!

I told her about an issue I am having where calls coming in while I am on the other line are telling people my number is disconnected. She looked at a couple of things on my phone and told me I needed to call the ATT help desk and that I would need to wait at least an hour before I talked to a person. She clearly didn't want to help me. Then I told her I needed a new iphone 15 for my son. She didn't let me know there were different versions. I was supposed to purchase the pro. I didn't realize it until the box was already open and saw that there were only 2 lenses on the back. She told me I would have to pay $55 to get the pro because she had already opened it. She asked if I had WiFi at home. When I told her yes she said "then you can go set the rest up at home". I told her I was not comfortable doing this and asked if she could please help. It was obvious that she didn't want to. We ran into an issue with transferring the cloud data over. She said I would have to call the cloud to resolve it because they weren't part of ATT. I kept saying that didn't sound right. We could clearly see that he had backed his phone up on the cloud (we have a family plan). She argued that it wasn't an automatic backup, that you have to manually set it up and that we must not have done this because nothing transferred over. This was despite the fact I found on my file that it showed a file size to transfer. She then started talking very slow to me (as if I had a learning disability) and kept saying it was like buying a car and someone makes different parts that you would have to go somewhere else to fix it. It was extremely humiliating. She obviously didn't want to help me and kept trying to get rid of me. I asked if I could speak to someone else to help me. She rolled her eyes at me and told me that she had been doing this over 10 years and that I just had to call the Cloud. I had to ask again for someone to help me. That's when Leslie walked by and said she would come help. Leslie figured out that we were using my son's iPad cloud id and not the phone one. Leslie took the time to get it all figured out and properly transferred.

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Verizon today. I called with a simple…read morequestion about an outage, and the first representative kept repeating that he was "just coming on shift" and offered absolutely no help beyond that. Then he hung up on me. I called back twice and no one answered. When I called from another number, someone picked up on the first ring. Instead of listening to my issue, he was more concerned about whether I would give him a good review. When I said I wouldn't, he immediately passed me off to a "supervisor." The supervisor was just as unprofessional as the first two. He had me on speaker, sounded completely uninterested, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. For a company I trusted enough to bring five lines over -- especially after leaving another carrier for poor service -- this was extremely disappointing. Verizon should take customer service seriously, especially during outages when customers need clear communication and support. Today, they failed at every step.

I told him we heard him and why don't we tackle each issue one at a time. Adrian then said calm down, in the same voice I told him "I am calm, and I would record the conversation in case he tries to misrepresent the conversation." Adrian said "I can just have the police officer escort you out!" My response to him was " sir you can do whatever you like." He seemed to calm himself and address my friends issues. I am so annoyed with pathetic individuals weaponizing police! Verizon should address this behavior.
