I brought it here for an exchange, as directed by customer service. The nice fellow told me I had to take it to the corporate store on Satellite Blvd. Of course, nobody from customer service told me that. He was very apologetic but I told him it was in no way his fault and thanked him for the information. The store was showroom clean. There was hand sanitizer by the entrance.

He was also super rude in store as well and was rushing us in deciding what phones we were going to get when it was a big purchase of 9 phones. He also repeatedly said it was my fault in the mistake they had made. Instead of helping me in the mistake they had made he stated I should call another store and basically have them deal with it.
