The guy working there was kinda rude and dismissive. I went to upgrade my phone and the guy there…read moremade me buy a screen protector because supposedly it's part of a promotion and I HAVE to get it or else I can't buy my phone! The screen protector was about $25 dollars and on top of that my phone plan went up 20 dollars more when I clearly asked him to keep my plan the SAME. I spoke to him on the phone after I left the store and asked him to change it back and he said I needed to do that the next month bill he was also trying to make me buy a phone case that cost 65 dollars too. He told me that in order to get my NEW phone I needed to buy either a screen protector or a phone case if not I couldn't buy my phone. I was in a rush and needed my phone right away since I unfortunately broke my old phone so I ended up buying the screen protector instead because it was cheaper than the phone case. I got my phone and left. I will never go back here tbh If I wasn't in a big rush to get a new phone I would of went somewhere else. I'm mad I spent more than what I was supposed too. My Realistic receiver from the late 1980's is still cranking so they'll be no smirk whatsoever from this classic rock kid. Unfortunately, when everything became disposable so did Radio Shack but back in the day if you were looking for a hard to find connector or wiring harness to make something work you only had one destination.
