He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. Said it would take about 30 min and cost maybe $65.00.Love my new case.

When I grew tired of playing the when will it be ready game, I told them I'll just come get it and take it to Apple. I had a feeling they weren't experienced enough. When I showed up to retrieve my iPad, he told me it was not ready, and can I come tomorrow. I showed up the next day, during normal business hours, and the store was locked. Closed up for the day. So I returned the following day, to an iPad that was STILL in pieces. When he handed me the iPad it had not one screw in there to hold it together. The screen was not in place, none of the components were in its proper places and he couldn't find the power cable that was left with it.
