Don't go to this store. It's a joke…read more First of all. There are three people "working". Yet one is doing all the work, so customers are waiting and two are sitting around, watching tv and playing on their own phones. Second, I came in here after I received my new phone to get a screen protector because they advertise that they'll put it on for you. So after spending $1200 on a phone, another $50 on a screen protector, and way too much monthly I get home and notice there's air bubbles. They're small, but noticeable. About 4 total and it's annoying. I worked the next two days. So I came in 3 days later, with the box and receipt and asked if they could fix it. They took the phone in the back and messed with it for 20 minutes. Came back. One bubble was gone but now there's 4 more around the edges that haven't gone away like she said they would. The one employee who is working said "we offer this as a convenience and since it's been 'so long' since you got it put on we can't really offer you anything. Usually we don't do anything but I'll text my boss." Another 30 min go by and she sends another "employee" to tell me he hasn't responded so I should just leave. Totally rude. I may not continue with ATT after this contract is up, but I'm most definitely not coming back to this store. They're rude, lazy, and don't care about customer service what so ever. Now days, hardware fixes are pricey and the Mac is not protected by AppleCare so I felt taking it to UBREAKIFIX was going to be the best option. The tech who handled my Mac was able to swap the battery which turned out to be the problem. My wife and I agreed, and after going through the process we were told that the iPads would have to be shipped from another store. No problem. The next day, we were still waiting for our new phones to activate. Which required my wife to call AT&T directly as the store could not take incoming calls. And two days later she stopped in to pick up the iPads. One was available, and the salesman said he would call in a couple of days when the other came in. 5 days later no call. We stopped in on grand opening day, and caught the manager, who immediately told us that that offer was no longer valid, and it was "while supplies last". His attitude was confrontational and he made it seem like we were at fault. We asked why the sign for the offer was still up, and he replied "well I can take that down if you want". We left, and stopped in at the store in Louis Joliet Mall, (which was basically across the street) just to see if the sign was up, it was not, but after explaining our situation to a salesman, that stores manager started calling around for an iPad, and promised to call us back with a status. The next morning we got a call, telling us they had one, and they would hold it for us. They rocked.

This is the worst phone repair shop EVER! I brought my phone in to get the front screen replaced…read more When I returned to pick it up, the guy told me that the screen he had didn't work for Verizon phones. He said that he would be able to get a screen the next day. As he handed me my phone, he informed me that the back screen cracked when he started to remove the front screen. He told me that he would order both front and back and replace them both the next day. I waited all day for him to call when the screens came in, and then decided to go there. When my husband and I got there, he said he had the screens and that I could pick it up in 2 hours we decided to wait. My phone has never worked right since, and the back cracked within a day. I live in Tennessee, so I can't do anything about this until I am back in Illinois. No one answers or returns calls! He changed me $150 for a repair that ruined my phone! I also noticed that he chipped a part of my camera light meter which effects my phone's ability to adjust the brightness of my screen!
