He has so many types of phone cases and at great prices. I bought a really cute one for $8. He had different types for different prices for all types of phones. All the walls are fillef with phone cases. He even has cases for old phones. There is also earphons from $5 to $8. All different designs and very cute. It looks like he sells everyrhing you will need for your phone. I also bought the glass screen protector. He had the regular ones for $5 and this one for $10. He put the glas proctector on my phone and mh case. He even let my sister try on different cases on her phone to see which one she liked best. FYI: THERE IS NO PARKING LOT AND HE CLOSES THE STORE ON MONDAYS. You can always park on the street in front of the store. He told me on Mondays he buys merchandise so he does not open.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Apple Store with a manager named Lisa. From the…read morebeginning, she was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward me. I came in looking for help with my phone, but because my insurance was through T-Mobile rather than Apple, I felt like she immediately became unwilling to assist me. Her attitude was completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to explain my options or help me find a solution, she treated me as though I was a problem. I never cursed at her or threatened her. I did match the tone and attitude I was receiving, but I remained there because I was trying to get assistance with my phone. What made the situation even worse was that Lisa ultimately involved security and had me removed from the store rather than simply trying to resolve the situation or direct me to someone who could help. I felt singled out, disrespected, and discriminated against as a customer. A manager should know how to de-escalate a situation and treat customers with professionalism, even when the customer is frustrated. Asking security to remove a customer because you don't like their tone, while refusing to provide reasonable assistance, is not good customer service. I strongly believe Apple should review how this situation was handled and whether Lisa's conduct was consistent with Apple's standards for customer service and management. Whoever gave her managerial authority should seriously reconsider whether she is suited for a customer-facing leadership position. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, even when there is a disagreement. Very disappointing experience, and I hope Apple takes this complaint seriously.

You can tell they wanna get it right. I was literally just going in for a new vape but they have such a wide selection of stuff, I ended up grabbing a few other things too.
