I had been to several stores and no one has had the patience to help me. When I arrived the gentleman I had spoken to on the phone was gone, but he had explained to Rick exactly what I needed. Rick had already thought about my needs and picked out a few bongs that would work. But before purchasing he asked me about my girlfriend. How tall is she, what does she like... we ended up not going with any of his initial thoughts. He pulled out an amazing bong and the decision was easy. Of course I have given the gift and she loves it!!!!!!!! Thank you Rick for being so thorough and taking the time to help someone that came in knowing nothing. This place is amazing! And by the way my lady has even given her new bong a nick name... "Lady Rosta"!
