bought a vape here and it literally wouldn't charge from the moment I got it. Not a light, not a blink -- nothing. When I went back, the owner acted clueless and basically told me "too bad." So now I'm stuck with a brand-new paperweight because they refuse to stand behind the garbage they sell. If the products here worked as poorly as the customer service -- oh wait, they do. Service is astounding. I go here all the time because their products, even if the same brand as another store, are somehow higher quality. I think it is good distributors, but I don't know. Regardless, this place is the BEST. I go here multiple times a week, and they are always so so kind, remember me by name, give me good recommendations, and always have a smile. They are one of, if not the only, place in LA that's lowering their prices when everyone else is raising them. It is a family-run business. DO NOT GO !!! I bought a rolling tray this guy,he was taxing me $25 dollars when the tray cost $8.99 when he told me the FINAL price I scream saying $38 dollars he said "yea buddy, the tax" so then I went back and forth with him because it didn't make sense ON how it said $8.99 and my total was almost $40. Afterwards when he knew I wasn't gonna pay he checks his screen and starts to apologize saying it's been a long day this and that. So I paid 12 bucks & the end. What a unique Smoke Shop! The store is very spacious with many display areas filled with all kinds of pipes, bongs, hookahs, and bubblers. I haven't seen any smoke shop that has that many verities of colors, shapes, and qualities. The owners were super nice and gave me a really good discount since it was my first visit.
