If you are a new be to vaping DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. I was so upset they had me crying. Now I understand the "no exchange and refund" policies that stores try to uphold but when dealing with something that you put in your mouth that could actually cause harm if not used correctly, that policy goes out the door. I went in and there were two very young people there and I will say they were very nice I have no issue with their attitude they just work there. I CLEARLY explained I knew nothing about vaping but wanted to quit smoking and she showed me a variety of brands but the pushed the aspire and it was $100. I made it clear I did not want to spend a lot of money the first time around until I learn what I'm doing but she was very good with her upselling. I purchased the aspire, she put the fluid in for me also and I purchased one bottle of fluid, a case because it did not come with it, and the bottle with the needle to get the fluid in. My total was $139 and I had buyers remorse immediately but I thought that this was supposed to be a good one and maybe it will last a long time. I got home opened the box and there no directions! She had taken apart the kit at the store to show it to me and forgotten to put them back! Of course I tried to figure it out on my own so I could try it and it ended up "popping off" in my mouth and burning me. I was furious and I went back immediately to tell them what happened. by now this Asian woman was there counting money while I was crying trying to explain to this girl I did not want this one I was afraid there was something wrong with it and she explained they can't refund all the while the Asian owner ignored this conversation.I looked at her and said "are you the owner?" She said yes and I asked if she cared she had a crying customer in her store and what wasn't she getting involved she told me she had a lot to do!!!! but she did stop and come over and get involved. They ended up giving me another brand it was 10 dollars less and 4 bottles of liquid for free. I also got $11 back. The Asian woman tried to comfort me and said if I need more help to come back. What I wanted from the beginning is my money back but they wouldn't do it. I got home opened the kit and again, no directions!!!!! I put it on charge and the next morning I went to school and brought it with me because my instructor vapes and I was hoping she could help me. In 5 minutes she had it working. I think now I know what I'm doing but it surely wasn't because of Planet X. Let me be clear when I say school I am not in highschool. I am 49 years old and going to school in the medical field. How can I tell someone not to smoke if I do? So I am trying hard to quit. Please whatever you do go to a different store they really don't know what they are doing in there and if something goes wrong your screwed. read more
