But there was always someone (Often the same woman) who reached out to me and tried to make it right and seemed genuine. However recently its gotten worse and same guy i deal with on phone or email sounds very stoned or at best way too laid back when it comes to handling problems. My last order (That im still waiting for) was never even packaged up and sent out. But they sent me an email with tracking info that said my order shipped. 5 days later after i reach out and hear back day after that a guy calls me and casually says oh yea it never got sent out. Im gonna send it out today, and as i started to speak he hung up immediately after i got 2 words out. Ive reached out via email 3 times since trying to talk to somebody because this causes alot of problems on my end and the way it was handled was insane. I still havent been contacted back, no idea if theyre even sending my order, i requested just my money back because no clue if my orders coming and of course they got my money easy enough depsite never sending out my order and sending me emails falsely claiming its shipped. *Its just not worth it to do business with this place. They use to have great customer service even when they messed up which was often. But now they clearly dont care and whoever handles online orders sounds like he doesnt give af. Theres infinite companies that sell same products without the hassle. I accepted that too late, felt comfortable sticking with people i dealt with for years but that was a mistake. I drive way out of my way just to come to this smoke shop. George here. It was a pleasure to meet you, He is just the best. Best customer service in the state if not region if not country. They have all the good stuff. All the high quality Hookahs trending latest in the industry. All the good equipment. Literally the best smoke shop in the state. Love it. I will be a repeat customer for life. They have great prices on their Hookahs and other smoke products + great knowledge as to what is the best Hookah for you and your home. George helped me choose the right Hookah fit for my need and he also gave me a great price. At this rate....I don't mind passing up 50 other smoke shops and drive five extra miles just to be able to be treated like I am an appreciated customer. Any time, Any day! read more

The prices and variety of items at this location are great! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly people who genuinely care about whatever it is you're going to buy. What stands out to me the most is not just how they throw in a lighter with a purchase of a pack of cigarettes (which to me is the way old school / traditional smoke shops would do business) but by how they also make you test the vape you purchase after setting it up for you with decent airflow after recommending my personal favorite. Shout out to OG Harry and the rest of the staff for really setting an example on what a top tier smoke shop is supposed to be about. My first visit was over a year ago and I still can not change my opinion about them; they sincerely show some class. read more

WARNING Don't go here. Bought a Suorin that ended up being defective, so I went to return it the day after purchasing the product and they wouldn't allow me to swap or return. They had me buy another head which contains the liquid nicotine to see if that was the causation so I did but the Suorin still didn't work. Went to my bank to dispute the charge, but apparently Stogz is allowed to sell items without having to exchange it if it were to be defective. Lost $80 dollars and gained an inoperative product going here and there is no way for that to be rectified because Stogz is allowed to operate the way they do. So this is a warning to anyone else, don't be a customer, they are a fraudulent shop and you might get scammed by their business. read more

I have been a very long term customer at stogz LA. Let me tell you that this is hands down the best smoke shop in LA! The service is really on a whole other level. They really do look out for you and won't just sell you which product is most expensive. Every time I go to stogz to buy a vape I let the employees pick them for me because they know what flavors are most picked and the best flavor and let me tell you they never got a flavor for me that was gross. Stogz is a great environment and almost every person that enters has a nice chat with the employees. 10/10 highly recommended! read more

Stogz is my neighborhood smoke shop. I've been popping in a couple of times per week for six years. About a month ago I bought some cans and one was a Tall Boy (600ml) Loop Valencia Red. To my disappointment the can gave about 4 sprays and then something inside the can clogged the stream. I tried 5 different tips,k nothing. The can was defective. When I returned the can they tried the cn out and suddenly, after a day the can worked again. I said sorry , kept the can went back out and bam same thing , 3 sprays or so and the can clogged again. they replaced it with a different shade of red (which fucked up my piece) but then same thing , something defective in the can. When I returned iyt after a day, it did the same thing sprayed again, but this time I was like no, you have to replace it cuz its gonna clog again. To make a long story short, 3 consecutive cans, all same brand, Loop, same size 600ml all defective all cogged. This is where things went bad because when I asked for a refund they refused, tried to imply tyhe cans are good and that im the only person who has had any issues.
