Right when I ordered it I could see something wrong, juice coming from the bottom and it didn't produce a hit. I called the store immediately and they said since I ordered it on Postmates there's nothing they can do..... mind you I order delivery because I don't have a car here just moving to LA, taking a Uber is not really realistic smh. They said next time come to the store to check it out first. I highly recommend never ordering from delivery services with these places. Will be taking my business elsewhere

The neighboring store, Yummy Donuts, happily and quickly prepared our order over their absurd inconvenience and we will not return to this smoke shop over their public outburst and remarks. We attempted to write the review upon Google as well as our first attempt in Yelp was removed.

Sells fake puff bars. Be forewarned!…read more I usually buy my puff bars from 7Eleven for $15 which is a little pricey so when I saw this shop sold them for $10 I figured it was worth an extra 4 minute walk. The guy working there was decent, CDC compliant and friendly enough. I bought here one time before, mint puff bar but didn't check if it was verified. I came back a second time and bought a strawberry puff bar. Right off the bat the packaging had a different colored font, then when I opened it up the color of bar itself was much darker than normal. Feeling a little skeptical I wanted to check the verification code and sure enough a warning popped up saying that either someone had entered this code before or it was a knockoff. Obviously I took off three stars because of the counterfeit products. This can be very dangerous because you never know what kind of chemicals they include or what the quality will be. I would NOT come back to this location and I would NEVER recommend it. I guess it is worth the extra $5 to know its a real product. Overall 1 out of 10 stars. COMPANY RESPONSE: "Hi Danielle you bought strawberry banana flavor today and you asked if it was legit or not i said yes you tried and said it was good so im not sure why you upload a strawberry puff bar picture telling that its fake and its from us" UPDATE IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE: "Hello Gor, You have me confused with another customer. This review may have been posted today but I purchased this "puff bar" on Friday. I did not open it in the store and it was strawberry, not banana strawberry. I also would not ask if it were fake, because I would not assume that. I am stating in this review that it is counterfeit because when I enter the verification code the warning picture, which I included in this review came up. No one had entered it previously because I scratched off the code when I got home. That is very concerning. Is there another explanation as to why that would have popped up?" HIS RESPONSE: "Well you can write whatever you like in here , all i know is that we buy our product from legitimate wholesale , and we keep all the records of the purchases so either you got it somewhere else or you should adress the maker why it says that , as far as 7/11 selling it at 15 $ you can keep buying that same product for more money if you want , also just because you put up a picture with light and dark red puff bars telling that the dark one is fake and its from kalinka doesnt make it fake or ours , i can state the oposite that the dark one is legit and you bought it from us or i can say the light red is ours and dark one you bought at 7/11 and you got confused so i would recommend not to ruin our reputation and make those kind of accusations" REVIEW UPDATE: I took off an additional star and left one star because of the threatening response and lack of decent customer service. It is now very clear that the reviews here are not from legitimate customers and are most likely friends and family. Gor, good luck with business. You have forever lost mine. Take Care.

But there was always someone (Often the same woman) who reached out to me and tried to make it right and seemed genuine. However recently its gotten worse and same guy i deal with on phone or email sounds very stoned or at best way too laid back when it comes to handling problems. My last order (That im still waiting for) was never even packaged up and sent out. But they sent me an email with tracking info that said my order shipped. 5 days later after i reach out and hear back day after that a guy calls me and casually says oh yea it never got sent out. Im gonna send it out today, and as i started to speak he hung up immediately after i got 2 words out. Ive reached out via email 3 times since trying to talk to somebody because this causes alot of problems on my end and the way it was handled was insane. I still havent been contacted back, no idea if theyre even sending my order, i requested just my money back because no clue if my orders coming and of course they got my money easy enough depsite never sending out my order and sending me emails falsely claiming its shipped. *Its just not worth it to do business with this place. They use to have great customer service even when they messed up which was often. But now they clearly dont care and whoever handles online orders sounds like he doesnt give af. Theres infinite companies that sell same products without the hassle. I accepted that too late, felt comfortable sticking with people i dealt with for years but that was a mistake.
